Worst service ever. No attention to the customer. Food was cold, dessert was never ordered to the kitchen. Sad afternoon.

Great setup with close ocean view. Great food and service with moderate prices.
We had 7:30 pm reservations, but didnât get seated for 50 minutes. People walked in and were seated before us. Very chaotic.

Have eaten here several times in the past. Clearly the worst experience ever. Service was horrible, screaming little children at the next table. Could not even get a pad if butter when requested. Brought the appetizers and main course at the same time. Coffee machine was broken Not only will we never return but will let our friends and relatives never to go again. I would like a call from management

Where is the floor manager?? For a restaurant with an amazing view and decent food, I expected more. Our waitress was good but the bus boy seems like it was his first day on the job and the food runner was terrible. The manager for the front of the house needs to do their job and train a TEAM. you donât get fine dining organically, you need to hold trainings and team meetings. I blame management for terrible service. That said, the food was good and the view was incredible. Iâd still think twice before dining here. Maybe give pacific coast grill a try instead.
The service was beyond lacking 10-15 min to be greeted After I finished my first drink the server was no where to be seen My empty glass was on the edge of the table for 10 min then 20 min for my second drink to arrive after ordering I finished my meal in 20 min And sat waiting for the waitress for 10 min to get the bill She brought the drinks But the tab then came in 3 min Unacceptable
Nice experience, our waitress was excellent but more help is needed.
