I'd give this establishment a 0 star rating if I could. Better off eating at the McDonald's next door. We showed up later in the evening and the waiter took our order and disappeared, waited about 15 minutes and still no drinks! We watched our drinks get poured as they sat afterwards and them not being brought to us, had to ask the bartender to get them! When we finally got our drinks they were already warm and to top it off the glasses were so dirty you couldn't even see through them, Disgusting!! After waiting another 20 minutes we finally got our food. The fries were very old and cold, not even a little warm. The wings were old and it was like chewing on a piece of rubber!! Very bad experience, the manager was a joke who cleary doesn't take his job very seriously at all!

This place is pretty dirty and disgusting in the bathrooms. Bartenders are mostly fair to good, with a sporadic excellent. Food is suboptimal. It's declined over the last 4 years. Overcooked primarily. Managers are mostly absent and hidden. Selecting and getting the game you want on any TVs is always a challenge. The managers by and large are pretty clueless to what sports are on, what big games might be happening, and certainly a poor understanding of what channels even carry sports, or the teams you are requesting. This is an issue when the bartenders also don't know and have to go find the cave huddling managers to come change the TVs. Get there early if you are requesting a game that isn't on ESPN, just in case.

Come here to meet the old work crew. This location is perfect as it's about halfway for the people I worked with from Carlsbad, and halfway from Sorrento Valley. They order wings, and I order a burger. The burger is excellent.

If you like wings, this place is OK. Otherwise the menu is limited and not very interesting. Limited wait staff meant everything required a long wait - drinks, food, check. Not my favorite place considering many better alternatives.

Good selection of there beer on tap 3$ beer as well, the chicken wings could always use more sauce, pretty big inside with lots of space

honestly it’s not that good, the food is a little bit expensive for what you’re getting. It’s just basic bar food. Generally very greasy. The flavors seem to be relatively decent but I wouldn’t pay $20 for subpar wings.

Wait time and service for online order pickup was terrible. Tried to fill out the contact form on their website for feedback and just kept getting bumped back to the home page. There are other places with better service for wings.

Absolutely terrible service! We had to get our own napkins find our own condiments and ask for service. We had one drink and left.

This used to be a fun place with great service but, the last two experiences have been awful. The server this time had no patience we felt as if we were a pain to be there never asked if we needed to go container I had to walk by plates to the bar & ask. When I said something to the hostess they made excuses for the poor service she had 3 tables & 3 people at bar if you can’t handle that you are in wrong business. I am in the business and I would be fired if I couldn’t handle it. Very very unhappy!!

Not a great experience, especially on Veterans Day.We had a Veterans family order and not only did they get the brisket burger way wrong they sure enough cut out the free chicken wing order and fries they said Vets could have for free, dine in or carry out.Come to find out it couldn't be used for carry out so had to pay an extra $20 plus bucks for that meal. Really disappointing.Maybe its cause they were busy but the front hostess said she couldn't ring us up with the Vet Day discount so we were stuck.Anyway, hope they will redeem themselves somehow or kick some coupons our way or the free special we should have received so we can try it again in the future. Buffalo Wild Wings, what happened?
