I attended an event that catered with Togo’s platter and it was delicious! So when I saw this location I decided to try my luck again..not so lucky this time. There were several employees present when I entered, no greeting. I figured they may be having a shift change so went to use the kiosk, but couldn’t figure out how to do a half sandwich half salad order there. Asked the employee nearby for help. I am not fluent in Spanish, but I can hold a conversation so when she sighed and yelled to the back room to another employee “This lady needs help” in Spanish I answered her back “Is there a problem” in Spanish, thinking they were out of a specific item as many places are currently. She looked at me surprised, didn’t say anything nor did she explain what I needed help with to the employee that came upfront from the back. I explained my question, the new employee helped me and I waited for my order. Once it was ready, I smiled, thanked a third lady that placed it on the counter in English and Spanish with no response, verbal or nonverbal. The sandwich had very little meat, way too much lettuce, they didn’t give me the dressing I asked for, and for $16 I could’ve gone right across the parking lot to Trader Joe’s for better food and MUCH better service. I won’t ever be back.
Today I decided to purchase dinner vs making it. Now I'm upset I didn't cook. I walk into the Emeryville location.Vibes of employees were off.Unpleasant ,looking annoyed. I was not greeted. No one had a smile. So instead of interacting, I chose the kiosk order. Super easy. I sat & waited. I noticed no one had on hair nets. But ok..don't panic. So my order came up. The older lady calls my name Mika,she makes no eye contact,places my sandwich in the bag and slides it on the counter. No thank you or acknowledgement of the customer experience. Powell Emeryville used to be the best location. Now let's get to the meat of this review cause I literally had none on my sandwich!!!Scraps of Roast Beef & Turkey!!$15 +2.10 tip!! Yeah I called the store around 7:51 to request for a replacement cause it was when I had a chance to eat my dinner!!! && I didn't realize they're closing time was 8pm. I'm so irritated.I had to go in my fridge and add salami..not acceptableI took pictures too.
Best customer service I had at this location the manager named Luz was friendly along with Mayra and the one other girl and Ed and Justin
The service was horrible the young man couldn't take my order right then I wanted a refund but they couldn't do that so I just said just make the sandwich and they still mess it up and also forgot my cheese that I paid for and didn't get and I gave them a tip before they messed up the sandwich I will not be going back there sorry very bad service.
I waited 20+ minutes fir a sandwich. I didn't get my sandwich until after at least 5 people came who came in after me. I had to ask for my food and then they had to look for my order. The order tag was sitting right in front of the worker and she just didn't make it. Then when i got home to eat, rhe order was wrong. Never coming back again.
Can't remember the gentleman's name working there but he was a compliment to the business. Great sandwiches and service.Thanks.
Their customer service is trash. The asian guy questioned my order and thought I was some random person on the street trying to steal peoples order. I showed my receipt and popped his bubble. This place develops deplorable attitudes towards people
My worst experience to date!!!! ? I ordered my lunch for curbside pickup at 12:30 p.m. and I didn't get my lunch delivered to my vehicle also I had to go in!!? I didn't get my lunch until 12:45 p.m. The reason why I ordered curbside is that I have a injured knee!! I won't be going back!!!!! Very poor service, no apology from the manager!
Fair.. But not the best sandwiches though.
I would post pictures but google won’t let us anymore pretty lame cause this sandwich is false advertising “The cheese steak melt” in the picture on the menu has chunks of steak and its oozing with cheese looks amazing, don’t wast your money here the sandwich had lunch meat and the thin cheap watered down cheese soaked into the bread almost didn’t even look like there was any I wouldn’t recommend this place
