Not impressed. Not at all. I have traveled all over the country & this is, without a doubt, one of the greasiest burgers I've ever had. I mean, dripping down my fingers, filling up napkins & the wrapper greasy. To add insult to injury, without the toppings, it had no flavor. It was hamburger meat fried. Period. No salt or pepper or any other kind of spice to make it unique or special. Absolutely no flavor. The fries were good & the Strawberry lemonade was good. The shakes are just soft serve with flavoring. The web site makes it incredibly easy to order. Thanks for the experience but I won't be back.
Pretty standard burger place. Self serve kiosks are a nice touch for ease of access and quick ordering. Food itself was pretty good! Quality ingredients, but frankly nothing to set the world on fire.
I had a cheese burger and it was delicious. Patty was very flavorful. My dining partner had the chicken sandwich and said it was really delicious too. We shared an order of garlic fries and we both loved them. Sprinkled with melted cheese and fresh parsley on top with just the right amount of garlic. Ask for some of the burger sauce on the side, it is perfect for dipping your fries. My partner had a strawberry shake and really enjoyed it. Our new favorite burger/fries/shake place. I also liked their free pickles!!!
One of the best burgers you will ever have. Some of the best tasting fries. And the staff does an amazing job and treats you very well.
First time here.. I love the Vegetarian Burger. Lala customer service was absolutely SUPERB. Lala need a manager position. She knew everything on the menu without looking. ❤️ I will definitely be back. Also, the Manager on duty was very helpful as well. She welcome me to Super Duper.
I got the mini burger with grilled onions , the garlic fries and they were so delicious. The burger is really regular size. The garlic fries has parmesan cheese and parsley on top. These fries are everything. If you are in Emeryville and looking for a great burger, try this place. It’s worth every penny. I’ll add a pic next time.
Great place to enjoy a relatively cheap, high quality burger and socialize! Their service is quick and my burger was cooked perfectly per request. Super Duper is always consistent with their burgers and i've never been disappointed with their food. The Concord and SF locations are similar in taste as well.Self serve pickles and condiments were a plus.

We were driving down the freeway and needed to make a pit stop when we just happened upon the free 120 minute parking lot across the road from this and other restaurants. We hadn't planned on ordering any food but while stopped I ventured over to see what was available. It was a little late so quite a few of the restaurants inside public market were closing.I almost gave up and walked back to the truck when I saw this burger place and stopped to look at the menu. That's when I saw the garlic fries. There it was, exactly what we needed at that point in the day. It was just under $10 for two orders. It was truly the perfect food for this stop.They were amazing. They were insanely crispy, almost like the fries were battered before frying. There was SO much garlic, I could smell it immediately through the bag.And cheese, can't forget the cheese.The kind staff member who handed them to me looked at me like she knew what she had just handed me would be life changing. And so they were, life changing, life giving, amazing, and satisfying.Sometimes, it's those unexpected moments, in life, that bring life so much pleasure. The garlic fries were exactly that. A reminder that life is beautiful, despite all the horrors we face from day to day.They were so good, I went back in for a strawberry milkshake. It was also perfect.Thank you for reminding me to slow down and enjoy life.
Greeted and assistance offered.We used the Kiosk to place our order. Really easy. Ground beef quality & taste really fresh but seasoning wasn't mixed well throughout the burger.The burger was really greasy it makes the bun greasy.??♀️Garlic Fries were ok. Milk shake was watery.Thicker cut tomatoes and more lettuce should be added to help balance the meat. The bacon used were not strips, they were pieces. My 16yr old wasn't impressed. If your into burgers, try it!
