The interior of this location was recently remodeled and the place is clean and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and fast with your orders. I would recommend stopping by if you'd like a sandwich.Fyi, a 6in black forest ham with chips and drink are about $10.
The employees here are very rude. They rush you to order, and still get it wrong!!! I have only seen the same two workers there at the counter, ALL THE TIME!!! It didn't seem like they practice good hand washing regularly. I had to ask the lady to change gloves after she handled money from the previous customer!! Not very sanitary!!!!
I had a bad experience today, I ordered 3 meal of the day at $6.99 and when I was ready to pay the guy told me I have to pay $1 extra because He toasted the bread, I am not sure if it was for all 3 or $1 for each sandwich. It doesn't have sence charge you a dollar for a few seconds to toast the bread, I have many years buying at different subway stores and never asked me to pay any penny for that, I didn't buy them so they have to eat them or dump them in the trash just because they want to charge me extra.If you are going to buy something at this store ask them what they usually chage extra before make the order.
I won’t lie, the outside of this location tends to be a little chaotic and I’ve had a few intense encounters here. For this reason, I keep telling myself I won’t come back, but I always end up returning eventually because of how convenient the location is. Workers are really, really nice (tip them!) and sandwiches come out great every time.
Whomever owns this subway need to invest in mental health training for their staff. I had a very negative experience waiting to order. Due to an individual who needed mental health assistance who was just hanging out in this establishment which later escalated to a fight breaking out. This is not a healthy environment for your employees or your customers.
