So I went to this Starbucks and requested decaf can you make my drink decaf and after having this conversation with the woman she blatantly made the sticker say blonde. She poisoned me with regular and I've been up all night and have to make some money at my driving job and can't because I am so tired and have not been able to sleep. I believe she was being fake in all her smiles and think she'll be the first to admit it I bet. After complimenting her on her pendant that really was itty bitty but I didn't want to be rude. And after sharing with her how difficult of a evening with my car. I got no respect. Yes it's her job to give respect. If you're not a sincere worker I don't want you handling my drinks or orders. I thought someone was capable of listening. After all the niceness it was not nice at all. I had a lot to do today. I work daily so I can afford a car. I'm trying to go to visit family in Georgia and my guys in the hospital. So time is of the essence and I cannot afford to be incapacitated. I felt like I wasn't cared about.
I work at a Starbucks, I know how the service should be, had a pretty bad experience at this location. Mostly the staff being rude to me and nit picky about my drink. I know what I want, don’t tell me my drink is a latte or whatever. Like does it really matter? Just charge me and leave it at that. Staff also didn’t even acknowledge my presence, just glanced at me as I walked in and no urgency in taking my order

It's a Starbucks. They're consistent and fast. There's lots of free 20-minute on-street parking (green curb) on 65th. The inside is clean and well maintained. This location is right on the corner, a glass storefront embedded in a full-block apartment building in an up-and-coming light industrial area very typical of Emeryville.

Updating post: Every time I get a regular cup of coffee, its lukewarm. They make espresso drinks well, but they need to heat up their coffee better.Clean, good service, good quality.
