I went into Starbucks at this location to take my 82 yr old mother to the restroom before buying six people coffees and snacks on our way to the Bay Area . Their bathroom closed sign was up I asked how much longer the barista looked at me and said I don't know we don't have time to clean it!!!!!!! Are you kidding me???????? You should be required as a business that serves food and drinks to have a clean and working restroom heck I would have cleaned but this was an unacceptable answer
The manager here is amazing. Staff turnover is ridiculous due to the pandemic and nobody wanting to work just wanting to get paid. Get the manager keeps the place clean and running and orders getting out the door as fast possible.
Precovid this was sweet place. Now staff rude and given they are consumed in their own stuff, asking basic question is an intrusion. Pete’s around corner still rocks with awesome staff.
I had the worst experience of my life! The employees were quite rude and slow. The blonde female messed up my order and she was very disrespectful about it. Worst Starbucks to visit.
Very rude staff ...always rude. Starbucks gathered all their rude staff in the Bay Area to 1 place.If you're not a white person, please have patience & ignore their rudeness.They're not worth it.
I had the absolute WORST experience ever at this Starbucks today! Staff seemed more preoccupied talking loudly with one another about everything elseother than focusing on orders customers made. I waited close to 30 minutes to get 2 drinks, one of which was wrong. When I asked to speak to a manger, I come to find out that the main person who paused making my drinks was one socializing with coworker. Although I️ got a refund for my drink made in error, I️ will NEVER go to that Starbucks again! HORRIBLE customer service! SMH!

Very very slow & the staff confuses people's orders often. Twice this week for me & three times this week for another person.
Very pleasant. Safe and sanitized. Maybe a little too sanitize. What can I say most places have changed in order to accommodate the safety concerns of living in a covid-19 era. At least it's open. Gone are the days of having fresh pastries with the coffee... As my dear ol idol, Sir Elton John would sing, "want you please tell me, tell me where have all the good times gone..."
I’m 9 months pregnant one of they employees gone say i can use the bathroom tried to use it I’m not ableto use it. But as soon as an employee comes in they are able to use the bathroom . Mind you I’m black and she is Mexican or white or something
