I been coming here for a long time over 20 years, now there's a new register lady who's here trying tell me how to buy my coffee or what her rules are I'm not here for your personal problems and ask for manger more than 4 times no wonder why this place looks empty bad costumer service, the coffee maker she was trying be nice n help but she was busy I didn't want bother
Unfortunately, though the staff are friendly and working hard at what seems to be a tough location, this location isn't reliable in terms of speed and drink quality. Even mobile orders take 15-20 minutes regularly, and the quality of the drinks I've had made here more times than not disappoint. The Starbucks in the Target down the street makes better beverages.
First things first.Most of the Staff was really nice, shouts out to Morgan, Rey and Erik. My drink came out fire, I only get the mango dragonfruit with lemonade and light ice.There’s no power outlets outlets here, so if you plan on working of your laptop, make sure it’s fully charged not sure why they don’t have power outlets for their customers, kinda annoyed by that. I can to work from my laptop here and they don’t supply power outlets their all capped. (Pix below)This places needs a cleaning, the floors look really bad! But more so! The staff member Ryan informed me that I shouldn’t wear this hoodie because the Waves on my “Good Vibes” hoodie could be offensive to people of tsunami. (Hoodie pix below)
When living in the area was a regular. Seems like the shop has slipped in appearance and the quality of product. As a solid customer of Starbucks this location have slipped. There were only 3 customers in an active area.
Great place to sit down to do work as the environment is laid back, and employees are nice. I understand the frustrated comments on random closures, though as it was described to me, they are short staffed and have to take breaks by law. Would rather have it open most of the time with workers taken care of than open always always with bad working conditions.

Worst Starbucks ever the woman with hat is extremely rude I saw her put her finger into a drink to shake I told her I don't wanna and she just said I DON'T CARE, I'll never come back to this place I will post at every social media to make sure the people around know this Starbucks it's not a good place at all to even seatTo b clear is the chubby woman with hat Karen
The employees are nice but they're always closed random days/ times and usually out of products.
I’m very disappointed they gave me a 3 weeks old donut. I took a bite and it tasted weird and bingo it was made in September 07 2021. My stomach were upset for the whole day and night. They thought they could just give me $5 credit to make up for this.
Terrible service attitude. they don't answer questions. They left me waiting to attend to me without reason. They did not deliver the full order to me and immediately I made the claim then they made me open the bags to check that I was not lying to them.
