Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Twice in the past week, the company's automated ordering system abruptly canceled my online order with no explanation as to why.When I contacted the store, on both occasions, the shift supervisors I spoke with were instantly dismissive and blamed the delivery service instead of taking responsibility for the mishaps. They directed me to call the corporate office in Emeryville, which I did; but they were just as frustrating while copping an extreme "corporate" attitude about my experience.Notwithstanding their overall quality and having been a long-time customer (since 1978), I am now a former customer who will not do business with this sorry outfit again! Too much legitimate competition for my dollar elsewhere.

Wow, they had to make the espresso drink 3 times to get it right!! 30min later I had a true espresso frappe. What happened to your quality and service??! I'm out

Do not purchase or order from Peet's Coffee. They shipped my order in a box that had an open window/slat on the box top. I threw away the coffee as the products were open. Not acceptable especially during the pandemic! I have gone back & forth with their customer service department asking them for a replacement. What did I get? A 10% coupon for future orders. OMG!! Do not support or purchase products from this company.

I ordered 3 bags of coffee for delivery to our home. We received 3 bags of the WRONG COFFEE. All of the bags they sent me were unusual names. I had to wait on the phone for over 45 minutes in total before I was able to speak to someone in customer service. The woman I spoke to was condescending and full of excuses--like, it's the computer's fault. I believe Peet's just had a surplus of unsold bags of coffee and are sending those out to customers assuming that customers won't be willing to deal with their extremely lousy customer service to complain. A total rip-off by this company! I have had numerous problems with Peet's delivery service in the past and will no longer buy from them.

The worst service waited 30 minutes for. Cup of tea at Pete’s in roseville at the fountains. Staff need a lot of work. I am beyond upset waisted 30 minutes

Very disappointed to this coffee shop ,they are so prejudice and pride full,I will never go to this coffee shop anymore.Loving one another is hard but this is the the Law of God.

Very disappointed in Peet’s Coffee. They continue to have their shops open on both sides of the bay with people lining up and congregating around the door waiting for their coffee. I realize that some coffee places have drive up service, but if Pete doesn’t have this capability they should close their doors like every other restaurant. If they want to deliver coffee to people in their cars that would be one thing but to have people congregating and lining up down the street, exposing each other and their families to the virus is Irresponsible. While these people are not thinking clearly or wisely Peet’s is not helping the situation by opening their doors and encouraging this behavior. If these locations have to stay open at the direction of Peet’s corporate, shame on you.
