Sophia was very helpful and attentive. the food was excellent and cooked to perfection. The restaurant cleanliness was 10/10. I highly recommend . the hostess greeted us with a big smile
My partner and I came in tonight just after 6.. we were seated right away and there we sat..... and sat for almost 20 min? Finally a server Antonette sauntered over and said with a slight attitude... “ you need something?? I said to myself... huh? “Yes we would like to order dinner, please” she made a small sigh and just walked away and didn’t return for about 5 more minutes... we almost got up and left, but I was hungry as was my partner!She finally came back to take our order... He asked for the banana pancakes and I ordered the patty melt and iced tea... I asked for cheddar cheese instead of Swiss and she looked like I said a bad, rude word... and she left...!For almost 25 minutes and no food... I asked the one other server, could we please have our food as we were hungry... she politely said it was coming.. some 5 more minutes... partners pancakes were Luke warm..we would have asked for an order that was not, but we didn’t want to wait another half hour..!! She never asked us if we wanted more to drink...We struggled through and she didn’t ask if we wanted anything else, she just shoved the bill on the table... which was wrong,,, she added cheesecake to the bill which we did not order and then when I went to pay the bill and pointed out her mistake...she argued with me about it and mumbled the “F” word under her breath...paid the bill with NO TIP!! I will call tomorrow and chat with the manager....she needs a major attitude adjustment.. it will be a while if we ever go back! I really ruined a nice evening out for a nice simple dinner with my partner! Be warned!
Came here for a good meal after midnight. The main waitress working the house was lovely however there was one unruley employee making a fuss about something at one of the booths. She was complaining loudly, had someone massage her back while moaning very audibly, and overall left a bad taste in my mouth. Wish that experience was more pleasant, but the food was good at least.
Good food helpful staff, friendly, quite and clean also they allow dine in which is nice there's nothing like sitting in a restaurant that your food was prepared @ and Eat its like fresh off the press sorta speak!
I had a club sandwich on sourdough. It was REALLY good ??. It was on (sliced) bread rather than cut in quarters. I had maybe 13 french fries!!!! Less and less for a $13 plus tax etc. Went with someone who is a "regular." It was not that busy but service was a bit slow. But it was nice to get out and see others breaking bread too.
Didn't have chicken tenders, I waited fit around 10 minutes for a regular salad with chicken.... the chicken patty was warm on the outer parts but cold I'm the middle. Another lady was MAD because was waiting so long too. She was there before me.
Typical Denny's food - a very non-exceptional diner located near a highway or in an industrial area. I will admit that all the times I've frequented this location, the unique folks that work at and visit the location are far better than the sometimes burnt or flavorless entrees that they serve. If you want tastier fare locally - make sure to go to Rudy's or any other place nearby.
I truly enjoy coming here! If you’re from the Bay Area, this is the Dennys that everyone talks about. I’m giving a five star review because of the service.
I just felt like the waitress did not respect to me as a guest. Waited to be seated then here she comes and tells me that I should seat on window side tables after handing me the menu. Right after that other party of 3 comes in. Here she is with a smile and greeting them as she should then walks them to their table. I was shocked to see that how she had taken care of those people. Well I just walked out and I got a couple of spicy THAI chicken wrap from the SHELL gas station.
