Currently sitting in the restaurant writing this review so I don't forget. What a disappointment and I didn't even have high expectations. We came here because the other pizza place near by seems to have relocated or shut down, should've went somewhere else. Price, this place is way too expensive for the quantity and quality that you receive. Taste. The spinach artichoke dip was bland. Not sure if it was supposed to be a healthier version but I've had so much better. The Mexican Street Corn was okay, not sure how you over cook corn, but they succeeded. I'm not sure what it was with the Spicy Honey Bee Focaccia. For one, it wasn't spicy, but when I bit into it all I could say was "no". I wanted to spit it out. The pizza wasn't the worst, but it also wasn't the best. If we're being honest, it's very hard to mess up pizza. The cherry on top of this experience was getting the bill and seeing the fish taco I did not eat and expressed I did not like still on the bill, we had to ask to get it taken off. The only good thing about this place was the butter cake with Häagen-Dazs ice cream (Häagen-Dazs doesn't miss). I would come back here ONLY for the cake, but I would take it to go. That cake is the reason this place has one star (if you could give zero). I won't speak on staff because we only dealt with one person and the other tables seemed happy with their waiters. So basically, if you want food there are 100% better places you could go. If you want butter cake, this is it.
I arrived in the middle of the day with barely any customers there, yet somehow i stood at the doorway for 15 minutes before one of their workers even acknowledged me. Then, once i was seated, the workers proceeded to ignore me for another 20 MINUTES. WHICH I FIND RIDICULOUS. I am beyond upset, once the workers came they were rude and arrogant. If I could give 0 stars I would. I will NOT be coming back ever. I blame the managers because they were grossly understaffed. There was 1 waiter for the entire restaurant. Terrible experience.
We went for my sons 11th birthday. They have us sit after 15min waiting and once we sat down waited for 2 hours for our pizza to arrive. I had to ask for water walking to the front cashier person. After waiting for 2 hours for our pizza. The pizza was not cut to slices we had to do it ourselves. My son threw up after eating we asked for napkin and water. No one came to help. I walked to the front cashier and grabbed napkin. We left without getting our water. There were 2 couples sitting next to us and the employee came with a cake signing happy birthday. Once I told them it's my son 11th birthday the waitres came with a cake and left it on the table and walked out. I wasn't sure if there was a reason why wasn't my son receiving the happy birthday song. I'm not trying to take it racially but that's how it looked. I won't be back for sure.
I have never had a good experience here. Seating is slow. Service is slow. They are always sold out of items off the menu. Management is terrible at best. It’s just not worth the trip. Every time I come here it’s something ridiculous. It’s not even worth the parking. Wish they would refund that for being such a terrible restaurant.
We were seated by their host & then we sat there for over 10 minutes without seeing a single server. A neighboring table waved & waved & finally got the attention of someone to bring his check but that person never even acknowledged us nor did he inform someone else we were there. We eventually got up & left.
Excellent food and nice server
Our server was extremely slow in getting to us, said very little at all, and kept walking away before I was done talking. Bad part it's my daughter's birthday and I wasn't even comfortable letting the staff know. Worst off is she felt ignored and asked if it was racial.....oh well...at least the pizza was good
Ordered a large pepperoni online. I was charged and the order was immediately canceled by the restaurant ("unable to fill order").I now have to wait 3 days for a refund.Verify you can fill an order before running the charge.Besides, wbo runs out of pepperoni?!
There's no easy way to complain about the decline of one of your favorite places to eat. This location use to be phenominal. Now it's mired by what seems like plain incompetence by the managerial side. You get there, it's practically empty, and have to wait 25+ minutes just to be seated. It appears like it shed over 50% of it's staff (I'd wager 75%). The staff themselves looks worn out trying to keep up with the few people they are serving, while flows of people just wait at the door. When you finally get seated, you should expect to wait at least another 10+ minutes just for something as simple as water and to have your order taken. By the time your food has arrived and you're finished, you're just extremely annoyed and frustrated, and wished you'd gone anywhere else. After MONTHS in this condition, CPK hasn't corrected the problem, and it's so jarringly obvious the moment you walk in the door that you'd think it would be a top priority. My advice: go downstairs to the other pizza place. Its staff gets the job done, the pizza is good, you'll save a lot of money, and not leave the mall extremely irritated. If I worked at CPK corporate, a regional manager would be fired already.
Unfortunately not the best experience my wife asked for some hot water, simple request it arrived very quickly but in a filthy coffee stained mug with lip marks and trails of coffee on the outside of the mug.We ordered the thin crust pizza supposedly crispy the chef left the crisp out of crispy we also had a salad which was ok
