I just had the best fries of my life from here. They were so deliciously fresh that I gladly burnt the roof of my mouth over and over eating them. I had to pull over on the side of the road to enjoy them versus my usual shovel with one hand and drive with the other approach. No photos because as soon as the first one hit my tastebuds I couldn’t stop eating. I will probably dream about them.
Working hard or hardly working? These amazing workers are non stop giving great service! There's always that one customer who asks; "how long will my order take of I place an order?" But they don't hesitate to smile and shake off your nonsense.(if you're of tHoSe) please be respectful of their time since it's not easy working with folks like you on a day to day basis. Food is mostly fresh. If in need of extra condiments they will not slap you with surplus charge 10/10 food 10/10 speed 10/10 service. 10/10 attentiveness.
Every time I come to this place, I am never impressed at all. At least 18 tables are empty but dirty. Trash on top of tables, dirty napkins, sticky filthy tables and floors. Just plain filthy. And over flowing waste trash cans.
The experience here was horrible. Hamburger was disgusting. Tables are not cleaned. One locked bathroom for employee and one not usable.Stayed enough time to see if anyone would wipe tables or clean the bathroom, just stood around. I even mentioned to them that the bathroom is in horrible state. Management at this place is poorly handled.

My boyfriend and I had the double whooper with cheese. I had mines with no pickles and no tomatoes. His had no tomatoes but he loves pickles. We live in West Oakland by the Post Office and Burger King is in Emeryville so it's about a 15minute drive. Our food was still hot when I got home.
This has got to be one of the WORST fast food Restaurants I've been to. This is my second time visiting this location. The first time was also bad. Both times I waited a long time for my food. Both times the food was COLD. The burgers were cold and the fries were both COLD and STALE.I thought that I would five this place a second chance, but that was a MISTAKE.Save yourself from a bad experience and GO ELSEWHERE !!
