Very good but a tad expensive. Probably cheaper places with similar quality. That's the only negative I have, the staff is very friendly and the building is very clean.I highly recommend, especially if you are on the road down Powell towards I-80.
BEST coast was my go-to place when I worked in Emeryville a few times over the years. Super friendly staff, great tasting food.I do a bowl with tortilla on the side a lot. You get a well-balance meal with protein carb and veggies each taking up about 1/3 of the meal. Definitely a rarity in a quick little restaurant. Prefer them over chipotle for the quality of material and amount of veggies.If you go frequently, you get a 15 bucks rewards for every 150 bucks spent, pretty good loyalty program.Hopefully I will be sent to the area for my job sometime soon again. Highly recommend it.
enjoyed the fries, covered in nacho fixings. the guac was a little sharp, but freshly made. the bathroom said it was out of order, but upon request they offered the door code.
They have a awesome build your own burrito menu. They also have a great healthy options menu.
Burritos are always on point and they offer lots of vegan and vegetarian items. The refried beans have no lard and are so flavorful! They have pretty much any ingredient you’d like to customize and although they can be pricey for some, I usually get a fat vegetarian burrito for $9-10. Guacamole is included for vegetarian/vegan!
I made the mistake of ordering online, thinking it was a regular restaurant, but it’s actually like cafeteria style where you choose behind a glass window what you would like. Like chipotle or subway.The food itself is not particularly good and the burrito was soggy and loosely wrapped. I just ate it with a fork at home. I’d say it’s something you eat out of convenience and not because it has any noteworthy flavor or experience. It looks like other people like it though, so try it anyway!
Friendly service, but the guacamole was mostly onion :( if you love onion, I think you’d enjoy it.

Really great fish burrito with fresh ingredients and there are also other fun, unique burrito options. Burrito was stuffed full for great value!
I still don't know what a coast burrito is but I believe it's the best!
