I don't know where this franchise has been hiding, but finally a great sandwich place in Elk Grove. This place is a level above subway or Togo's. They have great bread, great sandwiches, great soups, and the even have great cookies, and the staff is friendly and quick. My wife and I grab a meal almost every week from one of these places in Elk Grove.Great job, thanks for bringing back the sandwich as a favorite meal!
This was our first time going to West Coast Sourdough and we had the hot brisket sandwich, and it was great! We can’t wait to go back!Great customer service and friendly staff.
ok so i was super excited when they put this one in this location but this location isn’t that great compared too the 16th st location they short you on sandwich size and never offer you a pickle like the others do the 2 star’s are for the location
I always order from them on Doordash, and my favorite is the Chicken Salad Sandwich on marbled rye, because I'm disabled. Normally the Chicken Salad is well balanced with nice chunks of white meat chicken, onion, grapes, cranberries and seasoning.Today I was SO disappointed the sandwich was dry, the crusty was hard, there was more onion than anything. No chicken salad. Two pieces of hard, dry marbled rye with a little mayo, tons of onion and 3 measly pieces of chicken breast. I should have taken a photo, but I was so mad, I tossed it.I called Doordash right away and got a refund.I will NEVER order from this place again!!!?
West Coast sourdough provides a lot of great food and it's always very consistent regardless of which one you go to. However this particular location has great service the people are friendly and the food is well prepared.
As a gig worker, this place is one of the WORSE locations in the area. The food pick up is NEVER ready. They usually have 3-4 workers working at a time and only usually 2-3 in door diners. YET they can not seem to get doordash orders completed in a timely manner. Perhaps they do not understand that a customer is waiting and rating us drivers. Recently 4 doordash drivers were waiting at one time. They apologized for the wait and still took 20 minutes while ALL 4 ladies were making one thing at a time. It is HORRIBLE Customer Service. DO BETTER!! makes our job alot more difficult when we have hungry customers waiting for you to make ONE Ruben.
Good Pastrami, fresh made sourdough. Delicious and cheaper then the chain spots in town. Will be back often.
Normally am not very fussy, however, will not go back. Ordered 4 various types of sandwiches. Very insubstantial on meat, cheese, etc. with exception of abundant amount of weeds type lettuce which took up 75% of sandwich. However, on high note, bread was excellent, staff was friendly and premises clean. Close to our home, wish it was better. Cannot compare to Jersey Mike's.
The sandwiches are overpriced and the ingredients taste salty and processed. The person making one of my sandwiches was going to leave off mayo, mustard and or the house sauce. If I didn't say anything, i would have received a dry sandwich. It is not better than Subway, if anything its an overpriced Subway. Im sorry, I have higher expectations and wont be returning. For those of you that enjoy a great sandwich, you won't get that here.
Absolutely delicious. I might just be saying that because I was extremely hungry when I ate it, but it really is that good. The bread is immaculate and the toppings are just so good. It is super expensive though, but it makes up for it in quality food.
