Wendy's is Wendy's. This location is ok. They have a supply problem. I just wanted chili the other day and they were out at 11am. What's up with that? I can understand if it was lunch rush but that was pretty early. The food is what it is but service and supply could be better for sure.
Been to this location 3 times and EVERY TIME they find a new way to screw up. Charged us for larges and gave us small fries. Not mention the Jr sizes half empty. Gave us 3 nuggets instead of 4 while taking forever with no other cars in drive thru.
They were a little slow today. Busy. I understand. Out of the other burger stops I like Wendy's the most.
Worse window service ever, kid was rude, took off his mask, I said thank you for the food, he looked at me weird and did nor reply with welcome have a good evening. Was also impatient at the menu sign. Never again and I live in the neighborhood.
Drove in after deciding on three things to order. Chili, frosties and chicken nuggets. Young man first says, "No chili, out." We then spend more time looking for something else. I finally decide on a regular cheeseburger and a milk. Then we order 2 frosties, only to find, "no frosties either. When we get to window to pick up the order my husband asks where's the milk. Oh, I always forget the milk. We get back to our hotel to find a plain hamberger instead of a cheese burger. Threw it out.
There drive throw was so long. They need to hire more people big time
Oil ruined the fries and nuggets. Must have been oldWanted to sit down but the dining area is closed due to staff shortage.Probably won't go back to this Wendy's location
