They had no salads and I'm gluten free, so that's pretty much all I buy here. I proceeded to order for everyone else and the clerk did not understand my order and missed several items. When I asked a question I got silence from him. We left without purchasing anything.
Food was dry and quality gone down. Already told my kids we will not be coming back. Yes we have tried this location 5 or 7 times, and throwing in the towel.
It's not that I disliked it, c'mon, it's Wendy's, but they incinerated my bacon! I don't like paying premium prices, only to throw it away?
Took forever to have my order taken. They forgot my frosty and sweet tea the first time through, and when I sat 10 minutes through the line again, they didn’t even remake the frosty. It was sweaty like it had sat there a long time. My coke lid wasn’t on all the way and spilled all over myself and my delivery van. Not remotely worth it to go to this one. I’ll be patient especially spending over 40 bucks in a drive through but I don’t like having my order messed up.
Hate their buns, the bottom was so hard. The cheese wasn't melted at all. What has happened to the Wendy's that used to be before they came back after lockdown? I will go back to In and Out. Very disappointed.
They are usually on point with their food. Service is good as well ?
Came into the drive-thru around midnight and ordered the Double Big Bacon Classic. Burger came hot and fresh also with very little wait time. Thanks Aliyah for your awesome customer service.
I enjoy there food. I used to eat Wendy’s every Saturday cause I loved there chicken sandwiches <3

Tried the new fries for the first time and they anything but hot and crunchy. More like cold and soggy.
