GREAT oldtime favorite of mine. Mike's Diner.. 1 of my favorite is Salisbury steak dinner..W/brown gravy & mushrooms, baked potato, excellent salad & garlic bread.(Excellent personal service..)

We were the first diners of the day, the restaurant was prepping to have the busiest day of the year the following day. The decor was super cute 50s themed, they had little jukeboxes at the booths. The restrooms were clean and very well maintained. The menu was quite large and took a bit for me to go through. I decided on a California Style Eggs Benedict and I was not disappointed. I have tried many styles of Eggs Benedict and I would say this is one of my top 2 favorites. My husband had a scramble and his food tasted delicious as well. I'm also going to add in that the orange juice was the best orange juice I have ever had. I'm not sure if the juice was fresh squeezed or how it was done, or what brand but it was, but definitely the best I've had in 43 years of living. Waitress was attendant, friendly, and happy to answer my questions.

The food here is good. Try a bacon club sandwich or even a meatloaf dinner with the garlic toast.Service is a hit and miss here. Sometimes my glass stays full and sometimes I have to get up and ask .The food here is served in smaller portionsever since the shutdown took place.Expect to pay around 20 dollars per personor more.

I had a good burger and the family had decent breakfasts. the service was very good. Apparently this was a Mel's some 20 years ago. The Route 66 motife is a bit worn but to me that gives it that local not a chain feeling I prefer in a diner. I think they have a loyal following because I chatted with Gary, another customer, and he goes there for breakfast every day and in this case he was back for lunch. I'd definitely eat there again.

First let me start off with saying that the staff was friendly and sweet. Restaurant was nice and clean. Reasoning for my 1 star is the food obviously. The food is so bland and no flavor at all. My sandwich literally only had one piece of deli meat and sandwich was super dry and had no sauce. My onion rings were probably the worse I ever had. No Seasoning, no panko or bread crumbs to make it crunchy...nothing. jalapeno poppers were even worse. In the menu it didn't state anything about having cream cheese, it just said cheese and I thought it would of been something like Monterey jack. At least I gave this place a try but most likely will not be returning.

Food was decent, had a grilled ham and cheese add tomato with onion rings, my wife had a mushroom swiss burger with fries. We will be back because of the service. Austin was awesome. He was prompt and attentive. Would give the food 4 stars and the service 5.

Had a great server. She was very attentive and polite. The food was amazing had the chicken fried steak and eggs. Cooked to perfection and a generous size I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great American food restaurant
