This location is lacking in customer service. Our server was extremely polite and friendly but it took forever to get our orders to the table.Food was just alright and if you look closely you probably will find a minestrone soup with nothing much but broth.Very disappointing overall
OSF is a place that has always had great and friendly service. Their signature 3-course meals provide a wonderful value, especially when you finish off your meal with a generous scoop of their spumoni ice cream. The theming inside is also wonderful and adds to the great experience. Lastly, their food options are delicious. I personally would recommend their Chicken Marsala, Fettuccine Alfredo, and their meatballs!

Mizithra cheese and browned butter is so great. Tried it with garlic a d bacon today and was not disappointed. Everyone loved their food, including the minestrone soup and spumoni ice cream
The experience was great also the food was prepared well very pleasant atmosphere but theses are my experiences try for yourself
Good service & delicious food
I was really disappointed in my most recent visit. The food was great but the service was very bad. I have been here before with a group of friends and it was a great experience over all. For this Valentines day I decided to take my boyfriend here for our date and I was really excited. Hannah, our server of the night, came up to our table asked for our drinks and appetizers. Not much later we got our appetizer and then our soup. Typically I would expect to receive our drinks first but I figured it had crossed her mind and she would eventually get to it. The table behind us had already gotten their drinks and their food and we had sat down before them. A few minutes later my boyfriend and I received our meals but from a different waiter yet still no drinks. I searched for our waiter and no luck, a few more minutes later our waiter appeared and she noticed I was looking for her and she walked up to us where I then asked for our drinks. She then again took a few more minutes to just get a coke and a dr pepper. After getting our drinks she said she would be back with straws and my boyfriend and I just chuckled because we knew we would not get those straws anytime soon. I am a waiter myself and I get Valentines day is busy but half the time our waiter was no where to be seen. We got our straws half way into our drinks and once we finished our meals we wanted to get out of there. The vibe and overall energy of the waiter was very low and it was not a great experience. We asked for a to-go box and the check was brought to us by a different waiter. I usually always tip but this was a very bad experience and not at all what I was expecting for our Valentines date. May I add that the table who had gotten there after us had also left before us because we were waiting for our waiter, Hannah, to come pick up the payment. Very disappointed in the service, however food was good but it ruined our overall mood. Not a pleased customer at all.
Food looks great! This is my first time trying at this place. I ordered online and got it pretty quick. Alfredo pasta with chicken and broccoli was good, But just sad that while I was eating, I found a strand of hair on it so I had to throw the whole to go bowl away. I was too far from the restaurant by the time I ate so I just left as is. Not sure if I’ll feel comfortable trying again at this place but I hope this only happens to me and not anyone else.
Amazing. Food was such a joy and extremely flavorful . You know when you eat so much and your stomach hurts and you get tired. Nope not once did that happen with us . The service was amazing . The staff were so warm and welcoming and always attentive to us. We got the white clay pasta . The chicken Miranda. The Italian soda. The cotton candy limeade. The sisclian bread . It was amazing . 5 stars for all of it .
Great server unfortunately very bad food not worth the almost $80 spent for 3 people.Is very bland boring food now I know why they call it the old spaghetti factory cause you gotta be a senior citizen to really enjoy it. It's hard going out and getting a good pasta dish because the basics for great pasta start with fresh pasta in which nobody makes any more.
