My husband went in and ordered food tonight for take out. Now, keep in mind, we'd already had an incident already where the order was taken but what was given was completely wrong but we were nearby and thought we'd give the place another chance, thinking it happens.The order was repeated back correctly but when he got home it was completely wrong. The wait time for the food was 30 minutes he was told but they were not busy at all...hardly anyone there in person. We live about 15- 20 minutes away from this location and the frustration of having to drive back and wait another 30 minutes for them to make the correct food was not worth the hassle. Our food was ice cold and needed to be heated up, scraped up and fixed because it was wrong, and it took way too long. We both agreed we will not be returning to this location. Trust me -avoid this location. Your hard earned money should go to other places that actually care about getting your order right
Fries and tempura green beans are cold because they sit around waiting for the other food to be cooked. The people taking the order take the order correctly but the cooks don't seem to pay attention to the order from at all. Our order was completely wrong but we ate it anyway because the wait time was substantial even though there were few customers in the restaurant and there were 5 people cooking so they didn't look short staffed. When we complained they just keep saying OK OK OK and you get the feeling that nothing will change. They dont seem to care. Management needs to step up and supervise these people. We will decide if we want to dine here again. We like the food when it is done correctly and hot. This is not the first time this has happened.

Haven't been and have it for a while you coming back to it this place The Habit Burger Grill I like them cuz it was cheaper I like their food but it's good and delicious
As a delivery driver this place is SECOND to the Worse in Elk Grove. Chiptole being the First. The food is NEVER ready for pick up. Drivers are waiting up to 30 minutes for a burger and some fries. It is usally a kitchen full of cooks so I am not sure why the wait time is so long. They need a better online system, or dedicate a few employees to just focus on online orders. We are drivers, are making your store profits increase and the longer you make us wait, the more orders we DECLINE from your restaurant. We make $7 for a delivery order but have waited 30 min...what's that $3.50 sound fair? DO BETTER!!
