Bait and Switch on the dozen. I got ripped off on prices. They don't tell you on surcharges until after it is charging the credit card. I spent a few minutes picking my dozen in a busy store. The person DIDN'T tell me ANYTHING about extra charges. Then instead of charging me $13.50 as advertised, they charged me over $20 and told me that most of my items had extra charges AFTER it charged my credit card. If I had known, I would've made changes. This an additional 50% surcharge over advertised prices!!!There are NO labels on the donuts to say which ones are extra, and which ones are not. They are NOT sectioned off or anything. There are NO prices listed anywhere on their menu. Absolutely unprofessional and a complete SCAM. I just got home and I don't even want to eat this garbage anymore. I will not be coming back here. Please do yourself a favor and stay away unless you like dealing with shady people who are NOT HONEST and NOT UPFRONT about pricing!!!
Staff is quick and friendly. There is always several staff members taking orders, so the line moves fast. Assortment of donuts is great and they always have the latest and greatest trendy donuts, cronuts, etc. definitely room for a wheelchair, though its a tight fit. There used to be indior seating, since covid-19 pandemic, the tables were removed, I am not sure if the bathroom was ever available for customers.
Donuts are good. The price was 20.00 for a dozen. The jelly donuts were 99 cents so that did push the price up, however, far too expensive for a dozen donuts. The location has always been difficult to park and to exit from.
Had their strawberry cruller. Yummy!! They have delicious donuts. They open early it was was 4:30am when I went.
Absolute best. Deliciously artistic. Amazing customer service. This place can get very packed and the donuts could be gone by 11am. So make sure to grab yours asap! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. :)
Told myself to lessen my sugar intake. But my cravings got the better of me. It is the best place to get CRONUTS! Unfortunately, they only make them on weekends (Friday-Sunday). So there’s always something look forward on the weekends for me. I can’t help it! There’s a lot of things they offer but they got me with the cronuts! The staff are nice. They have wireless pay method. I highly recommended this place.
Their custard filled donuts are bomb. I really like that the donuts are airy and not as sweet as most donut places and not too bready so you could eat a bunch. The only downside is sometimes the filling ratio is very inconsistent and it can be frustrating when you get one that has a pea size amount. I still like the donut itself so it's not so bad but I really wish they would get better at filling their donuts consistently.
Very friendly, and they have cartons of milk half pints and pints. I can't believe there's actually donut shops out there that don't sell milk, that is insane
We went in and choose a dozen donuts making sure they weren’t on the up charge list. When I paid she charges me for 6 up charged donuts and when I asked she said it’s because they were bigger. I’m all for paying a set price, even if it’s a little higher, but I don’t like how they conveniently added the charges after the fact. Not sure we will be going back.
A local favorite. Great staff and really good donuts of all sorts. Never a disappointment, unless you arrive late ?
