The food it better to reserve before you get there. Your wait is less than 15 minutes, my steak was cooked to perfection. Can't wait until my next visit

The only decent thing about our visit was the waitress we had, she was sweet and attentive. We had a 25-35 wait time (which is fine), however it turned into 45-55 minute wait. The girl at the door/check-in lacks customer service and is definitely not the best person to have at the front-end of the restaurant, she’s rude. I received a text to “gather your party and go to the desk…”, so I did. I checked-in with her and she replied “oh ya go stand over there” in a unnecessary tone. I am not the one to complain and leave reviews, but I just had to this time!We finally got to order and our food took about an hr to come out (I get it, maybe their short staffed). We ended up taking our food to go shortly after being served. Wouldn’t go back, unless management changed for the better.They could use a deep cleaning in the place too! Maybe the front end gal could be put to use (with her nasty attitude).
I’ve seen this chain quite a bit over the years. Today I finally popped in for a quick bite. The wait for a table was about 30 minutes, so I sat at the bar. It was absolutely yummy!!! Great bartender and service!!! I had mushrooms and onions added to my steak, I admit I couldn’t finish it. He suggested and add shot of Patron ??♀️. Everything was delicious. Had a front row seat to watch the football game!!! Great camaraderie with staff and customers. First time I’ve actually heard in person, ‘this round on me’!!!
Three times we had a substandard meal for $27 each. Spoke to the manager this time, we used give a 10 now I would give 3. Quality of their prime is not what it you to be. This is strike 3 they are out with us.

Food was horrible! Worst Texas Roadhouse experience ever! First and last time going to this one in Elk Grove. My husband ordered medium rare steak, it came over cooked, my fried fish was soggy and cold, my mash was bland and the server claimed they were out of Cinnamon Butter but as we were walking out we seen a tray full. We asked the hostess for the butter and she gave it to us in our hands claiming no lids. Smh I should have escalated to manager, but plan to follow up with one tomorrow! Pictures of the messy kitchen and the food piled on top of each other. That’s why my fish was cold and soggy!
