Drinks are okey, fried oyster was good, fried squid and popcorn chicken was a “disaster”! We were there April 26 3pmish, while also waiting for our pizza at Mountain Mikes. We’re a regular of T4 and sorry it’s our first time and won’t be back…
Never really a good experience here. Been here at least 5 times.I tried ordering with all the details from the start to save time and make it easier for the worker "drink... my % of sweetness.... add boba". The worker proceeds to ask me each detail one by one again as he fills it out on the ordering tablet... So, I didn't appreciate not being listened to. + took a long time for my friend and my order, mainly with his small food order. Simple enough: if you want customers' business, a place really should show they value each interaction.
This place is still operating like its pandemic 2020! You can't step into the store past 3 feet, they barricaded the rest of the store.The almond black milk tea I ordered was fantastic and this is one of the best!!!
New Tea place I've wanted to try. Unfortunately overrated. Powder mix is overwhelming taste. 4 different types of Teas and 0 of them had a decent taste. There's another Tea place not far from this location, recommend any of them over this one. I'll give it another shot in a few weeks to see if it was a fluke or the standard.
We recently moved to Elk Grove from Bay Area and we have been trying to find a milk tea place. They gave us some really good recommendations off the menu. We loved how they have some Interesting concepts like split cups, special bottles and potted plant milk teas. We do love the wide variety of flavors and toppings. We ordered Thai milk tea and Strawberry black milk tea, 50% sweetness with honey boba and no ice. We really liked the drink - there was a good balance of sweetness and tea taste. We usually prefer more of a tea taste - perhaps we will try it with less sweetness next time. We haven't experienced any issues here. Service was quick and staff was nice. Prices are decent.

We order door dash from here minimum 2x’s per week NO JOKE. Our kids love it. This experience however was not the best. Our dasher and time frame of order to delivery was normal as any other day- 24-30 minutes out and notice was received the dasher was waiting for order to finish. Our delivery was at our door in 26 minutes so cool.Get bags inside and the HOT Thai tea I ordered was COLD. All other drinks were great. The there were no straws at all and each drink had boba and additions. After getting on the phone with the store about this my kid comes in the room and says their food was cold. They always get potstickers and fries with spicy Mayo. I checked and yep- cold. Such a disappointment to have this happen then have the store say it was because the dash driver “barely spoke English”. What does the driver have to do with making sure the product is prepared correctly and with ensuring straws are in our sealed bags. The straws are behind glass and a sign in the store says not to reach behind to get them. Soooooo…. Then they tell me they are busier then normal (can’t accept that with regular delivery times on app AND regardless the quality control should be priority. Asked to speak to a manager and the owner was told this is the same person- Karen and she “comes in whenever she wants” and they don’t know when she’s in. I can understand with it being an evening shift. So I left my name and number requesting a call from her.I don’t voice my concerns often but feel the experience is worth sharing especially with the excuses given.
Plenty of options! Very nice customer service. I love their iced Thai tea 50% sweetness and popcorn chicken is great too!
I have missed coming here! It was super busy when I came in recently, but the individuals working there kept things running smoothly, everything was delicious!
Over the last week or so I have been coming to tea culture because my best friend is finding that she enjoys the matcha hot tea. Over the last week we have tried several different places and this is by far her favorite. She personally has never been here but I can speak for her and tell you that the employees that work here are incredibly friendly they really take care of their customer and they make a really good matcha tea We plan on coming back daily for the unforeseen future We greatly appreciate the help the staff has given me as the both of us (my friend and I) try to learn more about the matcha tea and how it helps with her diet.
