We met the most amazing employee at your laguna blvd location. We didn’t catch his name but he was working Wednesday May 18 at around 11pm. We had been driving all night and the other drive thru was so full. He saved us!! We would not have made it home if it wasn’t for this angel who brought our food out to us with so much positivity, fun and happiness. We left so energized before we even ate just from his beautiful energy. He is a blessing! Give that man a raise!! Thank you for your kindness :)
Love this Taco Bell location. Staff alway courteous and food come out fast at the drive through.
Work in the shopping center and come here a lot until now always get order wrong and the meat tastes expired definitely not coming back no more. I wouldnt even give it to an animal.!
literally the best taco bell i’ve ever been to. always have the best and crunchiest tacos. every time i go i’m very happy with my meal. it was so good i felt the need to write about it.
As usual third time this taco bell got my order wrong this time though they lied to me at the window too about my order and said it correct, last visit to this one from now on.
This Taco Bell is the worst, and rudest staff ever it is dirty and smells terrible. Me and my family sat at a booth and under the table TWO dead roaches disgusting. Another experience I had was with the employee working the drive threw she had red hair and wouldn’t hand me my bag talking about how nice my car is? I drive a Toyota… and they never get your order right always forgetting something and they give attitude when coming back and asking for it. Just don’t come here
My meal was missing the refried beans I had ordered. I brought it to their attention and I was given both rice & refried beans, with an apology. Well done.
They won't get your order correct ever! If you go back for a replacement they will seemingly, intentionally forget something else. This place is a headache in a half. I live right around the corner but the one by the 5 is more worth the drive. They don't answer the phone half the time anyway. They gave me just Nacho cheese and I ordered chips with cheese. How can you put just cheese in a brown paper bag and call that a sale. Horrible service. Run away from this place
Fool me once shame on me, fool me twice....Without going into too much detail: what did you expect?? It's a taco bell; three starts is the max for them >:^P
the service is great but they usually forget cinnamon twists unless reminded to do their job. I'll never not check the bag and remind them if they want to waste time and gas.I'm heading more and more towards Del Taco. TB is stingy with cheese. you have to ask for extra for a good amount, then be charged for it. Del Taco gives a good amount by default. prices for value items are the same or better.
