I have been going here for awhile. Good location for boba and honestly there's other places that sell boba but this has been my go to. 4 stars for the drinks and the plenty of options for drinks and snacks. Place is kind of dirty though but I'm not there to chill. I usually go take out.
Brown sugar milk tea tasted like straight up milk (and was). I was so disappointed.
I recently visited this place and I got rude service on 3/5/2022. The worker named Jackson supposedly if thats his name, told me I had an attitude after I mentioned I wanted fish fillets, he told me they have all kinds and which one in a rude manner. My fiance was upset and embarrassed the way he spoke to us. She said we're not coming here anymore, we will just go to the one on Stockton blvd. Even the one on Elk Grove is so much closer. I would like to talk to the m manager or owner. I suggest find another outlet

I don't come here often but when I do I am never disappointed by their drinks. Definitely a must try for first timers.
I’ve always come to T4 as Wintermelon Milktea & Basil Popcorn Chicken has always been my comfort food. But today is disappointing. This serving is way less than what they usual.
Boba was average & the milk tea tasted like water down tea. Like many other reviewers mentioned, the staff members are quite rude and super slow. Also the staff members drink their boba while yours is being made.... quite unsanitary especially during Covid.... wont be back.
I enjoy T4 For U drinks and boba. If you love chocolate I definitely recommend the Chocolate Ballet (boba optional). It's AMAZING. My only complaint is the boba is not consistent in softness. Sometimes it's chewy.
One of the best tea shops in the area, and the snacks are not bad. Great customer service too. (:One time they were out of oreos to put in the potted milk tea for weeks. I happened to have a small pack of oreos on me one time and they were happy to crush them up for me
The drink I got was okay, but the service was horrible. I had never been to this location, only the arden and the one on 16th st. I've always had great experiences there so I decided to bring my friend to this location since she has never had a milk tea before and it was closer to where we were. We both were taken aback with how rude the two employees there treated us. We definitely will avoid this location in the future.
