My favorite hotpot restaurant in the area. Aside from my very first time when they first re-opened due to covid, their service has been great. They always check in when meat on table is running low and refill quickly. I only eat the beef and it's so so delicious. The only complaint I have is wait time....but I've learned to not go during peak hours so my wait is usually no more than 20 min.
Friends invited me to dinner. This place has been on my bookmark. I have been to other places with shabu and loved this style so let's trya new spot..So we waited for our table which the whole party needs to be present. I was late of course asian time, so yea....Then we were seated and we knew what we wanted. The order was quick and drinks order was quick too..Then the first round came for the pork, Lamb, beef, all the seafood and all the sauces. And the veggies..Service , it was slow. We were waiting for the meat to come and it took a while, we ran out and was just sitting there looking at each other wondering if the meats were going to come out..To find out the order of the meat wasn't placed and got asked again if we wanted to re order the Meats..We also felt each time the meat portion shrunk when they refill our meats..Also the veggies we requested extra, was not brought out or forgot..Napkins, we asked like 4 times and the whole dinner we each got only one napkin..Service was slow, forgetful, and we had to keep repeating and ask for more but then either doesn't show up or shows up really later..Sometimes we just have to have everything together at once or like not wait too long, I understand it might be busy or prepping, but like for example I don't want to finish all my meat and then rice shows up, we wanted to pair the rice with meat. Just saying..So it was frustrating and when I keep reminding it feels like I am demanding. But hey the tip didn't get short but something to improve on..Overall the dinner was good. We enjoyed it. We like the broth and the meat and the sauces. The habenro sauce is fire let me tell ya. But it was so good! Also yay for enoki and shitake mushrooms because those were amazing! The tom yum and tonkotsu were quite bland and the sauces were only ok. Service was on the slow side and the menu options were quite small considering the $34 for ayce. If you are in the mood for hotpot shabu shack is a better choice
Wow! I don't know how else to describe it other than fantastic. We went with the all you can eat and everyone found something to love. Beef, lamb, seafood, veggies, all just wonderful!
Pre-pandemic I had a lot of great moments here unfortunately this time was different I was trying to celebrate my daughter's birthday. I made reservations to make sure they can facilitate me and my party the service was a bit relaxed it can be understood because of the pandemic and the lack of staff but the moment that was hard to come to terms with was I found a hair in my food that did not match the length and color tone of anybody else in my party I brought it to the attention of one of the servers maybe the manager I'm not sure they dismissed it took the plate sent it back at the time that I noticed that no one in that restaurant working had proper prep in the kitchen like hair nuts which one would assume is a no-brainer the gentleman there went ahead and told me that he took 10% off the bill for the inconvenience but I paid the bill before I even brought up the hair and issue like that is an isolated incident and I can understand that but lying to your customers makes one Wonder what other corners they cut as much as I enjoyed some of the moments I had there I don't believe I'll be able to return
I have to say this place has some amazing food and their staff are just as great as well. We got there and had a bit of a wait but they were quick to sit us at the bar. I will say I much rather sit at the bar then a table. There is so much more happening and when you're enjoying great food you always need to pair it with some great soju. If you're into flavored soju make sure to get the yogurt have to say it's one of my favorites. As for calcifying on the broth tomyum and tonkatsu are perfect. I will definitely be coming back to enjoy another great meal.

First time ever going to Hot pot in this place is absolutely delicious. The staff is so polite and absolutely wonderful. And they help me out figure out what I want even though I have a seafood allergy and everything came out amazing. I now take all my friends to this place and I'm a regular now.
Service was good and the food was great! I was hesitate about the raspberry oreo ice cream at first bit it was sooo good. Definitely will be going again
Delicious broths with great quality meats and you get ice cream at the end!!
