My matcha latte was so bitter and disgusting, I had to buy a toothbrush on my way to work to get the taste out of my mouth. Another time before, I burnt my mouth really bad on a vanilla latte, so hot I spit it out immediately onto my cup and hand while driving. I love my coffee hot normally but this was not normal.

Never has anything I want. Messed up on my order several times and the customer service sucks!
This location has the longest wait times over 5-15 min wait in the drive-thru...drinks are always made incorrectly which sucks especially if you waited over 5 mins which is the usual at this location. The customer service is OK not Great! Today I was told I couldn't get a frappe because they ran out of the BASE to make the drinks. I was stuck ordering another drink and my Pumpkin muffin which I asked to be warmed was actually served to me cold from the fridge. I had to warm it when I got home. I had absolutely no time to ask them to warm it after already spending to long of a wait in line. I will not return to this location.
Starbucks I just reviewing it makes me thirsty for some of their coffee. I'm looking forward to the cold brews. One of my favorites lately has been the cold brew with the nitro with the vanilla cream. Although when the nitro variety my favorite would have to be the Irish cream but that's only a seasonal thing. So speaking of seasonal the pumpkin nitro Brew is very good try that.
This Starbucks location is pretty new. Just about a year. For the very first time, they did messed up with my drinks, but it was not a big deal. I think they are new and in training progress.Until now, Baristas here is very friendly and I saw them work really hard because this location is super busy.
