I just rolled into Starbucks and there were two employees there cleaning up and about 5 customers. I get to the order counter and the person in charge says I'm sorry but we're closed. We are understaffed and I can't help you. And the person not in charge said I can make her a drink. The person in charge says no we are understaffed. When I started to leave the two employees got into an argument. The employee that was in charge was very cordial but not polite and didn't apologize nicely. She was very Curt and I think she's about to lose it. I don't even know why I bother to come in. There's one down the street with nice people.
Stopped many times at this location - There was little fuss and they were always on top of it ... THank you for constraint Service!!!
This is a fairly decent Starbucks, even though I prefer other, more modern ones more. Of course, hot drinks at more local shops are better, and there are places open later (like the Trustea in the same plaza) making it more student friendly, but overall it's a convenient Starbucks to have near the Auto Mall.
Quickest Starbucks ever. Super helpful staff. Customer service is good.
I don’t know who was working here today, March 4 at 8:24PM but they closed way too early. They closed literally an hour before. I’m a delivery driver and went to pick up someone’s order but they were closing so I couldn’t get it. They’re supposed to close at 9.

This is the most efficient Starbucks!!Line moves quickly, drinks are *always* correct and staff is incredibly kind! I go out of my way to hit this Starbucks for coffee!
