CLOSED!! NO SIGN NO REASON just closed on saturday and sunday at 9am!!?? Been closed the past 5 times i tried going in the past 2 weeks save your time and money and go anywhere else since they have degraded to slow and rude service
The staff between 5-6pm on a Wednesday are so uncorteous to us during our visit. My family and I decided to meet a person to sign papers at this branch. Since we have not placed our order yet and we were the only one inside the branch, they blasted their music as if we were in a club that I could barely hear the person talking next to me. None of the staff or manager even bother to lower it down as a courtesy or turn it a more pleasurable volume to listen to. I placed my order through the app. Left them with more than 100% TIP and thanked them for their customer service. And they think its funny when we were leaving. I just hope this won't happen to anyone.
I went on to Starbucks drive thru and they got all my order wrong. I ordered a carmel machiatto and then girl gave me a pumpkin latte. I turned around and told her this was not what i had ordered and all she did was add another shot expresso and handed back to me… definitely did not know what she was doing.

Stopped on our way back from a long Vegas weekend. I placed the order as we parked and walked in the order was ready and all drinks made just the way I ordered. Great service and faster than 99% of the Starbucks.
