Excellent customer service here. Been my pit stop in elk grove now for a couple years. Gina (manager) and her team are all very nice and always have that smile that makes our visits here that much better. They greet everyone as they walk through the door ans say goodbye when you leave.It's also kept very clean, including the bathrooms. Not all Starbucks are kept to a this high standard, but this one is.5 stars all the way.

What can I say, it was a Starbucks, professional service, nice employees, clean environment. They do what they do best, serve coffee. My only complaint is their mixed drinks and food are a little pricey, but that is the Starbucks experience. Learn how to make your own fancy drink or pay someone else to do it asap. You know what I mean, you've been in the lines.

They just brewed the coffee it's cold I just left I didn't want to bug there kinda slow maybe a new employee but there very nice

Starbucks is always a pleasure to visit they're often busy though after school from the high school kids and the moms out after school. Nevertheless This Starbucks is still provides good service good product and the staff are always friendly.
