To start I comsider myself a creditable source being as I usd to come to Smash about 3-4 times a month.. I have not been here in almost 1 year.. and now that I finally returned expecting the same great experience with its Food... Let me just say.. This place is no longer what it used to be.?♂️ To describe my returning experience in one word... Horrible... Ho..Ri..ble!! First of, the QUALITY of BACON is now VERY LOW. They went from what used to seem like a thick juicy belly cut bacon, to a cheaper cut. You can see and taste the thinner cheap and low quality (But same price to the consumer) bacon. Another Another thing the meat was extra greasy. They must not Press the meat aside or drain excess before placing on the bun. The price was OVER PRICED for the Quality of this... Im sticking to IN N OUT for quality and price.The only reason they got a 1 star was because of the great service from the two ladies that handled my concerns. (Thanks for that. Great Customer service) If I Come back it will be for a Milk Shake.
We used to love Smashburger. Are you still order something that was a chicken avocado club I believe and it's no longer on the menu. I was so disappointed. Looks like they replaced it with grilled or fried chicken sandwiches. Boy has it really gone downhill. As soon as we walked in today my husband noticed that the floors were very greasy we even saw footprints going out the door that were greasy, gross! It was very cold inside so we went outside where it was warmer. The tables were not clean nor were there any condiments. We both ordered hamburgers and they were so overcooked that you couldn't even see the cheese because it was burned. I did not get a cup for my drink. The French fries were cold. The only thing that was good were my tots! The cashier that took our order was very nice and friendly but the server that brought us our meal didn't say a word. Sorry but we probywont be back!!
We loved Smashburger in the past as our favorite location closed during the pandemic. We were happy to see they are still around. The burgers, haystack onion rings and peanut butter shakes were what we remembered. My only downside is my burger (Colorado) and haystack onion rings were a little heavy on the salt. My wife's burger was perfect. Definitely will go back.
RUDE Service Manger that yelled at the nice kid to not take any more orders when he was getting ready to take ours…no explanation or anything! Heard he does it all the time!!! Sad…we used to love it!!!
Went to pick up the to go order this manager so very rude had an expression that would kill somebody customer service is very poor don’t ever come to the store I’m calling his general manager tomorrow morning guys are complete nut job
We order Chorizo Cheddar single, Spicy Baja Single, smash fry and haystack onions, with drinks, and it was fast, the food was delicious, honestly I should had make it double. And the server Raylynn keep checking on us to see if we need anything. For sure we will comeback again.
Got my order wrong badly with a burger that looks sad enough to rival McDonald half effort burgers during a rush (was supposed to be an avocado bacon with everything) and a shake that doesn’t fill a cup think 3/4ths of it.
Hmm, what can be said about this place except the burgers were nothing too rave about and as unusually well staffed the place was , it was a very lengthy wait time for a Saturday evening. Hygienic joint not so much , as we waited for our order to be brought out , we were able to observe the kitchen staff hustle and bustle through order after orders. However as efficient as some folks were, I did notice the guy's name but will not mention it, that as he was trying to clear the trashcan in his area and squash the garbage down with his covered up hand ( yes he had plastic gloves on ) he almost touched the food that was about to be given to another patron. But, thank goodness he saw us watching him , and remembered to change his gloves . Whew. Good job mister. Ok but back to the burgers, they were alright. The bun has some kind of weird sweetness to it , if you like that sort of stuff ( we don't care for that with hamburger meat) and the meat had no real flavor and was sort of on the dry side. Wouldn't be listed in our top of the list. I didn't eat the sad burger and ended up getting a sandwich next door. My puppy loved the burger though.
It took 30 minutes to receive our order for (2) Smashburgers and (1) Regular Smash Fries. There were only three groups ahead of us who were dining in and it normally half the time to receive our order. And people that had mobile orders (food delivery service drivers and regular customers) that had orders ready to pick up were told that it would take another 10-15 minutes for their orders to be ready even though they received a notification that their orders were "READY". The "Manager" Ronald just did not seem to care that orders were taking longer than normal, and more paid attention to a couple of former co-workers who came in to apply for some open positions. He even gave them FREE FOOD AND SHAKES. This franchise used to be a top burger establishment, but apparently Customer Service and Food Quality is no longer a priority. We will no longer patronize this establishment and will take our business elsewhere such as The Habit and Squeezburger. When we FINALLY received our order after checking with the cashier the bun was COLD and NOT TOASTED. The cheese was not melted and tasted like it just came out of the refrigerator. The cashier "apologized" about the wait and told us that she would give us some coupons to make this right, but she never gave us any and just went on her lunch break. SO SAD ! This restaurant needs to either make some dramatic changes or they just close down permanently. If there is and option for "0" stars then this business location should definitely receive it.
First let me say I love Smashburger and hate that I have to leave this review. But this location has a really bad habit of getting orders wrong and if you can’t get the order right I can’t give a good review. I ordered online for delivery through the Smashburger app and the order showed up with items missing and made incorrectly. So I called and asked that they replace the order. Initially they refused so I had to continue to escalate the issue until I finally spoke with a manager. They refused to deliver my order but did agree to refund the purchase so I went to replace the food. When I received the food my burger was still made incorrectly and I ended up sending it back twice while I was there until they finally made it right. This is an outrageous amount of effort for a customer to have to go through to get food and to top it off they didn’t even refund the delivery fee or the tip. I’ll never come back to this location due to the employees attitude and inability to get orders right.
