It's okay. There are 3 soups and the #1 Hanoi pho comes with a Chinese fried donut and lots of green onions. The beef was so-so for it. The tendon for #2 was good. The broth for both was overall a little salty. The fried donut was hard to eat until it soaked into the soup for a bit. Then it was good! Toppings were also plentiful!I only came here with my family because the restaurant I wanted to go to next door was packed. It's a good place to fill up but I've been to better pho places in the area. Staff was friendly.

This is the best pho in Sacramento, it 100% lives up to the hype. Hybrid model makes it very nice to dine solo as well. Staff was very friendly and really fast! I can't say enough good things about this experience!

We ordered the bone marrow soup, #1 (regular), and #2 (regular). Portion size wasn't bad, but all bowls need more broth. The soups came out warm but not hot. I liked the flat noodles. Definitely a more modern pho restaurant. You order and pay before you get your food. I probably won't go again.

After reading some reviews I have to try it for my self. I don't know how it got the name lol.I had #1 Hanoi Pho. Came out looks good, but the soup base broth is too salty. Service is none, you have to get your own water. Owner, if you reading this please adjust your soup base..The atmosphere inside is beautiful and good location.

This place sucks. I want some hot tea and they don’t have any. Paid $2.25 for ice tea. I ate Pho Hanoi and forget it the taste and the broth is awful. Never come back here again.

Great staff. Broth is hearty and flavorful. Both Saigon and Hanoi bowls are great. The chicken is good too. Try a beef bone while you're here! It's not as flavorful as the broth, but the meat melts in your mouth. Bone marrow is hearty and silky smooth. Yum!The seating area is a bit small, so smaller parties of two will get you seated faster. Other than that, this place is a Must Try!

Pricy for Phó. My daughter and I both had the chicken (#3). We ended up picking out the chicken because all of it was funky pieces with cartilage and a lot of chicken skin that was blubbery. Ew. The rest was delicious. The staff was nice and service was good. Not returning because of the price and blubbery chicken pieces.

Broth is good. Didn't felt bloated after. The price is expensive for the size, should be around 12 instead of 15. We tried number 1 and number 3.

I got a #1 and it was just ok. There was alot of fat instead of beef. The broth was the best part of it honestly. I also a lychee lemonade and It was just not good. You could hardly call it lemonade. Was also pricey but I would suggest sharing bowls.

Delicious Pho! Place is clean. I arrived 15 min before they open for lunch and there was already a line. Busy place means good food/business pho a long time.
