Japanese Hot Pot Do-It-Yourself Food

First time at a hot pot place. We weren't disappointed. Really good attentive service. We had a party of 7 the tables count be a bit bigger

It was alright. My rice was pretty soggy and gross. Tasted like overcooked or old rice, like having been left in rice cooker too long. I have nothing against rice porridge, but when it's meant to be just Jasmine rice then it shouldn't be soggy. I'm disappointed that the kitchen staff didn't keep any eye out for the rice. The Sizchuan and tonkatsu broths were so so. The dipping sauces were super basic and not very complimentary to meat. The menu is fairly basic in general compared to other shabu places. The gross rice basically ruined the meal though. I don't think I'll be returning. If the broth was on point then I'd overlook the rice issue but it wasn't. I have high expectations because I eat rice with every meal. Good rice makes the meal. It's like going to sandwich shop and getting a soggy bread. Smh.

We went here for for my son's high school graduation dinner. The food was fantastic. We did the $100 special. We had American kobe beef the Angus beef and a pork totall:) We had 2 broths a pork tonkatsu and miss. We had 2 big containers of vegetables. We also gyoza and a plate of shrimp. They also served rice and vermicelli and upon noodles. It was a great value and we will go back .

First time here. Really Great service. Only one waiter. Very polite and helpful. Food was good and fresh. Highly recommend. Will be going back.

My first time in a Japanese style hot pot restaurant. I treated it as a learning experience in how to self-serve and eat in a shared setting. I had the Shabu Combo Special with premium pork and lamb, along with American Wagyu. The broths were tonkotsu and miso non spicy because my sister in law can't handle spicy. I had udon while my the rest of my table had rice. I slowly dipped the meats and vegetables into the broths, ladled out some tonkotsu into my udon as set out my experience.

Yummy shabu spot! Brooths are flavorful, big portions of meat and veggies. Service was good.Skip the cocktails. They weren't worth it.

I've gone 3 times now and have had a great experience each time. Food and service are good, location is clean.

I recently found this spot driving on laguna ! So I decided to take my wife to try it out ! One of the best decision I made. We have now found a new shabu spot in town to enjoy ! The beef belly and the broth was delicious and the customer service was great. It can get crowded fast so it’s best to come early when they open.

Great food, great service. Can't complain!
