I am so disappointed especially with this Rubios location the poor service and always getting peoples orders wrong. Then when you let them know they try to catch an attitude. What happened? Rubios was my favorite restaurant but this people have ruined that. I don’t know if they are understaffed or don’t get paid enough but if you don’t like your job, please move on.
Ordered delivery for the second time in two weeks via the Rubio’s website. Spent $60 on tonight’s order for my family and it was such a disappointment. Delivery was late and I’m not sure if we actually got someone else’s order or the staff does not check what they are putting into bags. I ordered a veggie taco- and received a fish taco. My husband ordered a taco trio and received corn tortillas filled with white rice??? . We were missing 6 of our sides and our food was cold being delivered 40 minutes after the Rubio’s tracker stated. Frustrated and still hungry.
I don't know what happened to rubios. You pay so much and get so little. You used to get good portions, but now you get a quarter of that for the same price, if not more. On top of that the food doesn't taste good anymore. No flavor or burnt. Rubios get it together or close. Plus I don't want to see someone with their pants sagging cooking my food.
Tired of Rubio's charging top dollars and consistently dropping the ball. Ordered two salads today, with corn, for which I paid extra. Salads were to go, one is super small, other one they put dressing on..both do not have the corn. This is not unique. Last time I was on hold for 20 minutes and continued to hold on phone while I decided to drive to the location and watch employees roam aimlessly. I placed order and told the cashier I am still on hold for 20 plus minutes, she shrugged her shoulders.From today's purchase, I am including reciept and picture and challenge management to look into this and improve quality and service if they care.
Horrible. Just horrible. Chips were cold and stale. The drink was the best part of the meal. The fish taco was cool to the touch. Felt bad for my wife as it was her birthday weekend. Really disappointing. We will not return to this establishment. The restroom was not tended to very well. The room was picked up however it was apparent that they did not mop the bathroom in a long time.
The staff at this location are always really nice. I love coming here on taco Tuesday for their fish tacos. I also love their chicken nachos. Highly recommend this location
I don't usually leave reviews but I have never once had a positive experience at this Rubios. I worked for Rubios for 2 years so I know first hand it's very basic. EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here I have to wait a ridiculous amount of time for cold food. My order is also wrong every single time without fail. I hate cilantro and onion, so obviously I always request that to be taken off. EVERY TIME they leave it on. I also ordered a GG Shrimp Taco tonight, which comes with avacado. Was there avacado on my taco? No. I usually get the fish tacos and I refuse to orders those from this location because the fish is always freezer burned and cold...I will never be ordering from this restaurant again which really sucks because I love rubios when they run the store right and give orders correctly.
The food was delicious we were recommended by a friend and the fish tacos were wonderful we did curbside and it was great Thanks for your food we will definitely be there again
Ordered pickup order. Arrived at store 30 minutes later. Waited 1 hour for food. They seemed so disorganized and that the employees had no clue what they were doing and no management. They were finishing 1 order about every 10 minutes. After an hour of waiting, they started cancelling all the orders. Left with no food. Frustrating experience.
The worst restaurant I have ever been I was order by 6:30 and received my order by 8:30. I was waiting for two hours the employees are not professional there is no one in the register. If there is 0 ⭐️ I may give them.
