I always enjoyed some raising Cane's chicken fingers and that canes sauce. I usually go during non peak hours and the food comes out pretty quickly. The chicken fingers are pretty good. However, the restaurant is usually fairly filthy inside. Tables are seldom wiped off and there are crumbs everywhere. I get that the food can be messy, but they need to clean up the place more often. Now we have a video circulating of a GIGANTIC rat running through the restaurant! Management needs to get it together! No other restaurant in that area is as filthy as raising cane's. There are no open fields anywhere near by. Where did the rat come from? Absolutely disgusting

The online order was fast. But the dine-in experience was not so great. We waited 15 minutes and our name was not called. My wife had to go up to the counter and ask, they said they had called out our name but we did not hear our name all that time. They suggested that maybe someone took our order and they had to remake our order...we waited 30 minutes total to get our food. Within that 30 minutes I did see orders being called with only a single bag of food but when we received our food, there were two bag of food...suggesting that our food was never made? I don't know. Also when the order is ready they would call out the name of the order and leave it there without watching the food. Anyone could just come up and grab the order and leave. It was our first time there and it was not a good first impression. The food otherwise was good.

Food quality here is amazing as always. The issue I run into here is when, i go inside to place an order, the cashiers are having personal conversations. Speaking about how many bottles of alcohol you drunk over the weekend should not be a conversation at work nor a talk in front of customers at the front counter. Also there are two employees who look like they had a little session before work. Both were marked up with hickies all over their necks.

This chicken is the best that I have eaten. The fries are super delicious and their Coke 0 tasted superb. As a diabetic it's hard to find drinks that actually tastes mixed well. The employees were happy and everyone had a smile on their faces. I am disabled and a young lady came to me to help me in getting my drink. Their philosophy of "One Love" with their employees and customers makes the environment upbeat and inviting. The decor is upscale and designed for seating from one to family spaces. It is a very upbeat place to go. Even though it was very busy when we went, we got our amazing hot and fresh food quickly. I will definitely be going back soon. Food is well worth the price. Manager Mike is a super cool human. My Service Dog Loves him and we are happy that we are welcome.

Oh my goodness. The chicken was covered in a thin layer of batter that was flakey and chrunchey. The chicken was fully cooked and so so tender and juicy. Would of like a barbecue sauce or ranch for kids (something that caters to children). Literally dreamed about when I will return. Okay so I was over charged for two extra meals that I did not receive (still need to back and rectify) line was decent for the traffic this places usually has. Only real downside was that when they had me waiting due to the drive thru window associate runner not asking me my name and ultimately forgetting my entire meal. Oh this did back the line up by at least 25 minutes.

Waited until the hype died down to go try this place. The drive thru lines were long but moved pretty quickly. The chicken tenders were fresh, moist, juicy and delicious. The toast was good and the fries (heard they were greasy and soggy) were good too! Guess I got lucky.

I wasn't impressed. Like other reviews, I too think the chicken is bland. $0.40 for additional sauce is expensive and the sauce isn't that good to be their only sauce (aside from ketchup). The bun was excellent and the Texas toast was great, very tasty. BUT not worth $21 for two people to dine on two combos. Further, this restaurant opened approximately 2 months ago and it was filthy. The walls were tore up from chairs hitting them. The floors were sticky too. My biggest complaint is that the music is very loud and many of the employees were sitting together acting like they were in highschool (probably because they are).

Sandwiches ? are good, really good. How much do we need another place with yet more chicken ?? items on the menu... more so the only thing on the menu? In my opinion not very much! The strange arrogant attitude of the employees with their hard domineering blank stairs and self-assuming behavior says a great deal about the core beliefs here. I certainly didn't feel invited, excited nor comfortable. Not a good experience...not even memorably neutral to be quite candid. The place was dead (2 cars including me) while the employees sucked in their cheeks, rolled their eyes. The food is good, too bad it's just simply chicken. As far as dynamic employees during my short visit? No one stood out here as a super star. In fact I was blamed for slowing their time [training] asking them what's "good to order?". I took the blame saying "yep it's all my fault" when accused of such a sardonic comment directed to a brand new customer. No customer retention here ?.I'll never go there again, and after spending over $10 bucks on what you see pictured below I'm still a little hungry tbqh.Pros-Pretty great fried chicken sandwiches from the chicken recipe to the bread and flavor ?. To make it is one thing but to reproduce it with each order ? to the chef engineers as well as cooks.-Fries just ok and Cane's gives very few FYI-Good ColeslawCons-Poor customer service-Immature employees with no core company principle focus nor understanding-Rude condescending employees-No one offered condiments$10.43 (still a little hungry tbh)Key Take Away?"I'll never go back again, I don't need chicken that bad"

The newest addition to town and you don't have to worry, because it's open on Sunday, too. If you have ever been to this plaza then you already know how hectic the traffic is with the long drive-thru line and now let's add this one as well. It will however get 5 stars since I thought the amount of food to cost to taste ratio was splendid.

Food is great! Amazing sauce and Texas toast. Obviously it has been really busy with the opening, but the staff was all efficient and kind. However, it is really, REALLY loud in there. Like, can't hear yourself think loud, let alone talk to the person you came with loud.
