Quick pickup of my online/mobile order. The employee that came out with my Curbside order was very nice. He told me “have a great day”. Good job!
Well pizza was cold, crust felt like it was not fully cooked, no one would answer the store phone. Both pizza’s were not good and cheese bead sticks too. Very disappointed I spent my hard earned money there today.
Ordered and paid for Pan pizza got hand tossed. They tried to explain something about the dough being refrigerated and convince me it was Pan. Uummm I know what i ordered and paid for VS what i got.

In the picture on the web page of the pepperoni with green peppers is what I expected my pizza to look like. Just image receiving the same pizza with huge pieces of uncooked green peppers covering the pizza. WHAT A TURN OFF. Unfortunately that is what I paid good money for. If in the future we decide to give Pizza Hut another try the pizza would need to look like the pizza you display on you websites.
the app placed my order to a different store. Even though i was parked in front of the store i wanted to pick it from.
I placed an online order a day in advance and when we went to pick it up the door was locked and nobody answered the phoneUpdate: Also I sent an email like they asked in the response to this post and have never heard back
Got everything we ordered, only place in town that seems to be able to get that right!
