I called to order a pizza at 9:40pm, it says you guys are closed at 10:30pm. I held until someone picked up the phone and said we’re closed and rudely hung up on my face. This is not professional as I was mid sentence asking about the closing hours. Never eaten here at this location but I never will for sure now ?? Thanks for the experience pizza guys on Elk Grove.
The guy in the purple with a chain is rude I would never ever order from them again and I hope he gets fired
Let me start by saying that this place seemed at first like a great place to order based on the $35 pizza price. At that price I was expecting a very well thought out pizza with flavor and no expenses spare on toppings and overall appeal. When we got the 8 pizzas we ordered and this is my first time eating here it was worth no more then $15 a pizza. The sauce and cheese was 2.5inch away from crust and for someone who doesn't eat the crust I have 1/4 of each slice wasted. The dough is cardboard in all sense. Extremely vanilla with no flavor. There was nothing about any of the 8 pizza that made me state "yeah wow that worth the $35". Get you pizza somewhere else unless you don't have a problem paying $35 for a $15 pizza

Beware of small chicken portions and unaccountable owner. I bought the 8 piece wings plus pizza. The most disappointing disgusting ?chicken food I’ve ever had. Dry , rubbery , and the seasoning was piled on. This is the second time this has happened. I asked if they could replace the following day and was told it would be. The reason the chicken was old and small is because of Covid according to the employee. She said they lost their chicken supplier. So it’s grocery store bought. The following day said they wouldn’t replace it and to call corporate. Call corporate !!! Ridiculous ? I will never eat their again.
BEWARE OF SUBSTANDARD FOOD -The chicken was horrible, i was told to call corporate when asked to have this issue resolved. I got a little sick as well. The pizza was partially burnt and cut into weird uneven slices. some looked slanted rectangles.
Horrible food and even worse customer service. If you have issues they will send you to corporate office to handle. Why get complaints vs handling the issue.

LOVE the thick crust it's DELICIOUS!!! Frequent buyer, I've earned 2 free pizzas, the service is spot on, staff is friendly and the food is top notch. Would recommend. :)
