I have not had this for a while not the best but, not the worst.
My favorite Pho restaurant in Vintage Park/ Elk Grove. Solid pricing and great food. I would highly recommend anyone to stop by for a bite. The rare steak and brisket pho always hits the spot.
This is our favorite Pho place in our neighborhood. The food is always great, price is reasonable, and the service is always friendly. It’s always busy on peak hours so we just order and take out most of the time.
Says open until 830pm. Got there at 5pm on a Saturday and they were closed.

BEST PHO I'VE EVER TASTED!!! It's Sunday night and my family and I decided to order chicken pho. LITERALLY EVERY place in Elk Grove stated they were "out of ingredients or out of food" I called Pho Dynasty and the man that answered the phone had stated they were closed already and asked what was my order so I replied I'm only ordering chicken pho and said ok I don't do this but I'll make an exception tonight. This man went above and beyond, made the pho for us and my family LOVED THE WAY IT IS MADE... Pho Dynasty is now our to go place EVERY TIME we cave a great plate of pho. Thank you for the last minute order. We definitely recommend this spot.
