Good coffee. Service is not so great. There were so many peolple behind the counter, but I am not sure what everyone was needed for. It takes a person to put croutons in a bag, a person to hold a box, lots of talking. 15 mins to get a coffee. NO communication. Finally had to go ask...don't get me wrong, service work is no walk in the park, but no one seemed to want to be there at all...no smiles, nothing...kinda sad.
Very nice service for the first time in Elk Grove, however the oder was wrong after repeating myself more than 5 times.
Nice place but wanted the chicken sandwich ? they were out ? got my nephew the pizza and went to Dos Coyotes ?

Great place to grab a quick lunch. Meet with your friends. Work on your laptop. The baked bread and pastries are freah and delicious. I love the coffee and there is a good variety of other drinks available. The service is fast and efficient.
I went to pick up there Broccoli Cheddar Cheese Soup to go it's the best I have ever had, and the young lady who was the cashier that took our order was extremely helpful I had 2 eGift cards and she was very helpful with the gift cards, I went in made my choice of soup to go 15 minutes later I was on my way home.
Cashiers are always friendly I enjoy myself every time.
Panerai has and is always great. The people are nice and the food is amazing. If you haven't tried it, would highly recommend it.
