Just left my pizza in the cold twice .. no knock, no call, no doorbell.. straight cold pizza
Hello!I placed a pickup order yesterday evening (1/16/2022) at their Bruceville Road location in Elk Grove. The pizza was ready when I arrived (I was a little early), the pizza was hot and fresh, the customer service was prompt and courteous despite how busy they were; what is more, the pizza was delicious! The chocolate chip cookies were moist, chewy, and utterly decadent. Thank you for helping make our evening memorable. When I am in Elk Grove, this is where I getting my pizza.
The pizza wasn't that good. I wouldn't order it again. The Mozzarella sticks were good. The wings were not good either. Very tiny and the flavor was lacking.
Gyros r very tasty. I would not have guessed they are pure lamb. I usually only like beef gyros. My son's personal pizza was great too. The prices are good too. Wish they had cucumbers and black olives for the gyros.
The chicken wings ,potato wedges and cheese sticks ,microwaved.. the order took for ever.. I was charged for 6can soda, they sent me one. Worst experience from this place. Avoid it .....
Very sad to leave this review but due to my recent experience here I will no longer be coming to this Pizza place. Let me start off by saying the pizza is pretty good for the price you pay but I did notice some changes in price when I would get the same from time to time but that didn't bother me On my last order I placed it for pickup from the store since it's very close to where I live. Normally I would tip using online service but from talking to many people in food industry decided that tipping cash in person is better since the person can have access to the money right away and it's normally only one person handling the whole store so I decided it would be more helpful to him. A couple minutes after I place my order I get a phone call from the store and they're calling to verify my order , the man on the phone said he noticed I had only selected garlic sauce and asked if I wanted that on my second pizza as well. I thought this was very kind since the website only let me pick one sauce for both pizzas and said that red sauce on the second pizza would be nice and thanked him but he immediately rose his tone with me and said " WELL IF THATS WHAT YOU WANTED THEN YOU SHOULD HAVE PUT THAT DOWN THEN" . I was very confused why he was getting upset since he's the one that just called and offered so I calmly spoke and said that there wasn't an option for the second pizza on the site but I would be fine with the garlic on both he cut me off while I was talking and was getting really angry and said " YES. YES THERE IS, IF YOU WANTED IT YOU PUT IT IN THE COMMENTS THEN" and started talking to me like I was stupid and talking down to me , at this point I was very stunned and said I was sorry and thank you and he said " Yeah yeah THANK YOU THANK YOU!" yelling at me then hung up. I was completely at a loss for words because it seems this man just called me to show he was upset. I have very bad social anxiety and couldn't stop crying so I had to send my boyfriend to pick up the order for me. I have never had customer service experience like this before.
It was alright but, to call themselves NY pizza idk about that. The pizza itself wasn't even NY style. But, overall it wasn't bad.
Overall very tasty pizza. The Garlic lovers and all meat special were very good. The crust was also very tasty.Will definitely order again.
It was online order, when I reached the store the guy told me it’s not ready come after six minutes I went back after seven minutes when I asked for the pizzas guy told me oh no come after another six minutes! He never touched the order was busy on ?
On a Sunday 1/3/2021 decided to give it a try. I have lived in the area for well over a year and wanted to support local business. I ordered a personal (2) topping with GARLIC WHITE SAUCE...The friendly worker was swamped with orders and I allowed him time to get caught up with his previous orders while I waited to order patiently. Clearly told him white sauce, he clearly responded "good choice".....I CLEARLY DID NOT RECEIVE WHAT I ORDERED. I got RED sauce. Good try but I'd rather spend $20 with restaurants who can get it right the first time. yea, I won't return because I don't have $20 to waste. How can a two topping with white sauce go so wrong....incompetence!! it's a no brainer
