There virtual operator sucks I spoke clearly and the dam thing still didn't understand ? so I ordered round table yey yee.

Strike 3. They would rather chase folks away by scrimping on topping than doing it right complained twice before....go to Elk Grove Blvd location @ 99....they do it right consistently.
I have always order pizza at Mountain Mike’s. Laguna Elk Grove....Currently 2021 under new management and it shows.There was a miscommunication with my order (understandable we all make mistakes). However instead of correcting the mistake made by mountain Mike’s, the manager female working weekend nights was rude and had a very nasty attitudeGreat customer service goes a long way and she definitely lacks in this area....
The customer service is very poor. I hsd very bad experience for this restursnt . They are not profficinal staff.
Excellent pizza every time
I ordered online on a Tuesday. I remember they had a 40% off specials on Tuesdays, but that discount did not show up online, so I took the deal that gave me 20% off, thinking maybe they don't do the 40% anymore. I ordered a large 4 topping make your own, but with extra mushrooms. When I show up to the store, they have a sign out front advertising the 40% special. Great! When I go inside, a woman greets me and I tell her I am here to pick up my online order, and give her my name. I tell her that when I ordered online, I only got the 20% discount, so I would like the extra 20%. She seems confused and disappears into the back. After a couple minutes, a different girl comes out and asks if I have been helped. I tell her the same story, and after checking the computer, she also goes into the back. Another woman appears (who I assume was the manager, although she was dressed in a tank top and shorts) and she tells me that she can only apply one discount to my order, either the 20% or the 40%. I tell her of course I want the 40%. She then proceeds to ring me up. I ask if my pizza is ready (I asked for it to be ready at 5:45 and it was now probably 5:50). She said she would go look. After a couple minutes she returns with the pizza. She breaks the seal to open the lid to verify that it was the right one, but only looks at it herself and then closes it back up. I then ask if I can see it. She undoes the seal again and opens it and shows me. I complain that it doesn't look like there are extra mushrooms like I ordered. She said she could give me some extra mushrooms in a container, but I declined. I was annoyed that there were not extra mushrooms on the pizza as I had ordered. I was even more annoyed by the fact that this entire time, the manager was only wearing a mask over her mouth, with her nose uncovered. I saw that one of the employees in the back had their mask pulled completely down below their chin. I will not be returning to this place again. 2 stars because, despite all the issues, it still tasted pretty good.
Arrived at 9 pm. They show open until 10 pm. Employee looked at me and my girlfriend weird. I asked your open right? She said no we just shut off the oven. How do you close an hour earlier than your supposed too? Definitely will not return.
Terrible service. The cashier was wearing her mask under her chin and the manager was not wearing a mask at all. I was trying to order their one topping special but when I made the order after choosing pepperoni, they wanted to charge me extra. They said cheese is already considered as the one topping and pepperoni would be a second topping!? So I ordered just a cheese pizza with light red sauce. I doubled and tripled checked with the person who took my order that it would have light red sauce and she said yes. But, when I picked up the pizza it was smothered in sauce. They said it was not put on the receipt so they pushed back and gave me attitude when I asked them to please remake it. I will NEVER give them my business again.
Thank you much for taking care of my grandchildren's pizza craving (mine too). They love everything from the sauce, to cheese, and crust. During these difficult times of social distancing we as a community must suport each other. Our family would like to thank you and your employees for the quality of your delicious food.
