I use to love this place....no more bread nor my favorite ♡carrot cake bread♡ . Before almost the bread was waiting for you to be eaten. And now, they basically don't want to give you anything...(it's not freeeeee, I pay for a good service/food!)I got my delicious blue cheese walnut salad, and it had chicken...when I never asked for it.Poor service, I prefer to cook at home.Good bye Mimi's Cafe

My husband I decided to try a new place for breakfast and decided to go to Mimi’s Cafe. We were super happy with our decision. Our waiter Alejandro was super attentive until the time we left. The service was great, the food was great. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
This place used to be really good. I was so disappointed in the food here. the lettuce for the salads were at least 5 days old, I had to send my burger back because it was cold and the bottom piece of bread was so soggy that it squished between my fingers and the cheese wasnt melted. I got a new burger that was just OK but by that time I was so grossed out that I couldnt eat much of it, plus the new burger came without cheese. The did give me 2 red velvet muffins tho, but sadly those were hard as a rock. The fries were amazing as was the service. Our server really tried hard but didn't have much to work with regarding the freshness of the food.
This establishment needs to train their staff a little better. Instead of greeting your guest "hi, how can I help you" try "good morning and welcome,, how many in your party". I had the 3 eggs omelette, ham, sausage and bacon with sourdough bread. The eggs was overcooked, it tasted good, the potatoes was way over seasoned and salty. The service was very poor, had to ask for coffee twice and only had one refill, the second time I asked for refill, I got the bill instead of coffee. It's not that hard to make sure your customers have their coffee or water refilled when they go empty. The meal was served by different staff member, therefore the waitress had time to insure refill was accomplished without being asked.
Husband and I went in and we got the most pleasant server, Cedric. Very personable, pleasant, great customer service! We were celebrating Valentines day, our anniversary he made the experience a very pleasant one. The food was good as always, but this time our server, Cedric shined!I also want to give props to the guy who was cleaning...possibly Filipino, a little older but he was hustling and thoroughly cleaning everything. Thank you for staying safe!Please highlight these two great employees!!(we were there friday 2/11/22 @ 10am)
The service was a little slow, but the waiter was very attentive otherwise. It was a busy lunch. My bacon, ham, & sausage omelet was good. The sweet butter is top tier.
My server was excellent, but assigned to too many tables alone. Her positive and kind demeanor made up for it. My quiche was very undercooked and inedible and without issue she took it back, I’d return just for her and the carrot raisin muffin!!
First dinner out in many months. Restaurant wasn't very crowded. Other nearby restaurants were packed and came to Mimi's instead. Steak was tender, mashed potatoes were fresh and service was very excellent. My steak was sliightly undercooked.
