I was a little bum that their online application was not working correctly and it took me several tries and I just gave up. The management there or the staff was not very helpful at all. That's probably why there was a length of cars in front of me and nobody got their order or they paid full price. Not a good feeling
Tried to go to a few different restaurants and they were closed even though Google said otherwise. McD's was my last ditch choice. Great customer service and my DQPounder was piping hot and perfect. Fries were crispy and fresh. This was a top notch experience. Keep it up. Thanks!
I ordered breakfast, coffee, and a couple of cups of ice. They had a really hard time with the ice. First, they gave me ice water. I asked if they could just pour the water out and just give me the ice. I was asked to pull into the pickup stall. They brought out two cups of water. I just had to laugh. I did get my ice. pmPoor kiddo, he was trying so hard.
Trash. Waited 15 mins in the drive thru stall because they forgot to bring me my food. Went inside to get my food and they didnt give me part of my order. Called them about it and they didnt know how to handle it. Lol trash

Multiple stops at this Mcdonald's and nothing has ever been right. One time we waited 20 minutes in the drive-through over flow parking for food. This last time a simple order is confused with someone else's order when we get to the window and in the end, the Diet Coke was a Dr. Pepper. Unfortunately, this is the most convenient location for our visits to Elk Grove. If there was a good alternative we would use it.
Went through the drive thru... they messed up my order. At first they gave me someone else's order then gave me my order but failed to give me my complete order. The girl taking my order messed up 3x before ringing it up correctly, but at the pick up window they handed me the wrong order. Customer service sucks
