The store was empty and I stood at the register for 15 minutes before anyone helped me. I used to be a McDonald's employee and we were required to help the guest within 5 minutes of them walking in the door. I almost left and didn't make a purchase because of my wait. I hope that my food is at least good after all that. also they wouldn't give Me a recipe which I know is against the rules. Overall very disappointed in my visit. And probably will be driving all the way to the i5 McDonald's for better service in the future.
Had a breakfast before pandemics and it was very good. Was glad to see the place opened again. Hope they will be back to a good business. However, this time the service was subpar, the food was bad (not cooked enough) and the coffee was lukewarm. This McDonald needs some improvement, especially in staff training in all areas of fast food business. Otherwise the place could be labeled as “junk food “ in real meaning. We’ll return there maybe a month later to see how much they will have improved. Good luck.

Payed for a mcchicken and they didn’t gave it to me they were so rude Vicky and Fatima the manager had horrible attitude and asked me to go back in line and buy it again people like that shouldn’t be working in customer service plus they forgot to put sauce on the spicy do yourself a favor and go to another place this Isn’t the first time we have a problem here
I customize my McChicken with bacon cheese mustard and pickles and ask for light mayonnaise. They made the best sandwich I have ever had at McDonald's. It was hot fresh and tasty and filled me up. The previous sandwich I had ordered at a different location still had way to much mayonnaise and they put a spicy chicken instead of the regular and I can't eat spicy foods because I have Chrones disease so I was disappointed and upset
As a delivery driver, this location is the WORSE!! They rarely have the food ready for pick up when it suppose to be. They are definitely dedicated to their drive thru and dine in customers first, which is understandable but SAY THAT. Don"t just have us waiting in a pack lobby of 50 middle-school aged after school children who are not wearing masks, or socially distancing, yelling out foul language, and just over all ROWDY!The last delivery I went to pick up, I waited over 20minutes, and they little girl behind the counter says, "we are waiting on fries"...well, damn communicate that!! but I know for sure, fries do not take 20m, you were just busy doing other stuff back there while I patiently waited.....We as drivers boost your locations profits, show a little respect! Get one person dedicated to DD orders please and thank you in advance!
False advertisment at its finest. The #1 on breakfast menu. Beautiful egg Mc muffin with THICK Ham. At a newer higher covid 19 price of course. However its not the same this ham is sliced so thin u can see through it. So they raised the price and are now givimg you 50% less ham. ? Mr. Crock your a Crook. Atleast change the picture on theme menu
I want to thank Spencer the manager for helping me out. That was really kind. Thank you I didn’t have enough money I thought I did but I forgot that I gave my change away to someone else prior, realizing that when I was about to pay and I didn’t have enough, thank you Spencer (Manager) ???
Ordered 2 Big and a 20 piece nuggets and drinks when we got home we were missing a Big Mac and half of the sauce that we ordered we called the same night nobody answered so we left a voicemail and never received a call back the customer service is horrible
Horrible experience everytime I’m here, always miss something in my order, or on my burgers or give me someone else’s order, no salt on fry’s and there customer service is horrible
