I would give this place no stars if I could! I've been coming to this location since they opened in 2015. It used to be a clean and well run establishment. Not anymore! As I walked in today, I noticed just how dirty and filthy the restaurant was. Fries, trash, and soda marks on the floor. Almost every single table was dirty with trash and crumbs on it. It was hard for me to even find a clean table. Its like the employees didn't even care! No one even made an attempt to clean the tables and the floor. After I got my food and sat at the only clean table, I couldn't stomach sitting there, so I got up and left. The food is also a hit and miss, sometimes good but also many times stale and distasteful. Many of the attitudes of the employees is also a cause for concern. They didn't care for their customers and barely provided the bare minimum service. Everyone do yourself a favor and avoid coming to this establishment. It's obvious there are serious problems with the management. I promise you'll thank me later.
This McDonald's is very slow and they have poor customer service. Simple order they couldn't get it right. The lady at the 2nd drive through window with the name starts with E (Evilyn) just told us to park our car without telling us why, no good customer service or manners. Now that McDonald's Increased the salaries to the employees, doesn't look like the service changed! No wonder their employees are getting smacked, because their service is a whack! McDonald's in Sheldon is the worst!
We ordered on line a small order,but we have to wait like 40minutes,after that no napkins and no straw in the bag. What an ugly service .

The folks you've got on right now, 11:25pm Jan 15, are doing amazing under pressure. Food was great, and their hustle is on point. Their taking fantastic care of delivery drivers/orders also.

I recommend you don't come to this McDonald's i have to wait a long time at the front register till they finally helped me. I bought a quarter pounder combo meal and the meat was raw and the fries were cold. Everybody check your meat in your burgers because they are famous for giving you raw burgers!!!!
Fast service and food was hot. They did mess up on my burger though. Asked for no onions and got onions. Other than that I'll go back.
asked for catsup and salt and of course no salt .. fries were cold also... not happy and I am not going to drive back.. I just won't go back again...
