Great food that is quite consistent.The bakery goods are delicious.The coffee is excellent off the hook actually as well as the mochas.9And the dill dressing is some of the best still dressing you're going to find anywhere in the Sacramento area.In 2022 definitely try their blueberry strudels and their blueberry cream cheese croissants they're awesome.
Understaffed. 1 person working the counter. Drove all the way from Laguna west for an Apricot scone.None available! They had 4 scones only that looked day old! This place disappoints!! They said 30 minutes before scones come out! What kind of bakery is this!
When you're from the bay with leboulanger as a benchmark one should not expect when traveling outside your Norm that A La Bou is anything like a la bou ....only non awake patrons would give more then par ? experience. This Bakery and Cafe is more of an Erik's Deli with the essence of Le boulanger and all the makings of your local Deli Market.
I like La Bou because it's easy access especially for any type of mobile challenge or handicap that one may have with movement. I do like their sandwiches very much I had a BLT on a croissant and we ate outside. The only negative that I have to say is that the tables could have been a little bit cleaner outside it was the end of the day and they were starting to clean up so in all fairness I have always been in labu when they have been very clean they were just very busy on this day and I think it was an oversight. Staff was very pleasant food was served quickly and we had a good time outside and I would highly recommend La Bou.
We ordered the sandwich and soup combo, which was pretty good. I would've given 5 stars but the soup was scalding and didn't cool down enough to eat while still there. I had to bring it home. Also, I realize that times are tough right now and everyone is understaffed but the tables and floor were pretty dirty and the trash cans were overflowing. I felt bad for the workers.
I love this place for a great hot cup of coffee and delicious breakfast sandwich. The service is always friendly and attentive, prices are fair. Good way to start your day!
We love this place for the hot sandwiches, ham/turkey/spinach croissants are on point. The make my favorite BLT, but I will say don’t buy extra bacon as it will be no different than the regular BLT except for $2.50 more.
I love Labou. Great food and usually great experience. This experience was not fantastic. I was the second in line and it took over 15 minutes to take my order. The person in charge kept pulling away the cashier and left me standing there in line with no one acknowledging me. I could see four employees behind the counter. They took phone orders before my order several times. A person in front of you should be first.It was 11:30 AM on a weekday.Bottom line it was not a good experience.

Love LA Boy's meet my good friends for lunch and a chat. Especially now after pandemic. Great food and customer service. Bathrooms always clean
