How’s cute? Beautiful place with a lot of special drinks, I love Tiger Milk Tea in here. It’s good more than another store.
Friendly staff and very knowledgeable. We got thai tea twister, melonberry mist, strawberry banana smoothie, and strawberry smoothie, all were delicious. They have so many drinks on their menu that looks very tasty. I will be back for sure! Note that they have a small parking lot in the back, you can access from Elk Grove Blvd (the alley way) or small entrance from Elk Grove Florin Rd, blink and you'll miss it. Hopefully they have a sign for parking in the back like their neighbor. The inside also has a cute flower decor wall which is very photo friendly. There is an orange tabby cat that is friendly and hangs out on the shop's back side porch.
There are about 5-7 parking spots in the back. Easier if you park in the rear part of the establishment and head inside. While facing the cashier, there is a display perpendicular from the counter, a 49" screen on the wall fixed vertically with a menu of about 20 bobas with photos and its ingredients. My whole family including extended come to this place and love it. I usually order #19 with 25% sugar. If your into boba, I strongly suggest going to this place. Upon ordering, you'd be done around 3-5 minutes. If in line, 5-10 minimum. If you're going to stay, interior is great and there are tables inside and outside the patio.

Excellent! The gentleman were super awesome and kind (I wish I got their names!) We got multiple drinks, and all came out perfectly delicious. A nice selection, a beautiful store, and awesome employees. Will definitely be going back!

Legit family owned fresh teas and coffee. The tea culture hail from Taiwanese roots but the coffee seem to offer a Southern Pacific influence. Thank you!
This is one of the best boba places I've been. The staff is friendly and the orders are made quick. Even if they're busy it's not a long wait. Their menu is amazing with drinks Ive never seen anywhere else.
