The staff put all the small pieces with only a couple of big items in my 12 box “value meal.” It was a lot less amount of chicken than 8 piece box which I used buy. Don’t buy the “special “ or “value “ meals here because the quantity is a lot less than it should be. Buy less number of the pieces at the regular price. There are more food for less price. I can’t understand why they discourage people to buy the special when the specials should draw more buyers. I used to eat at this place before but now I am not going to return to this place. Sorry.
I had to go through twice to order as I discovered that half of my order hadn't made it onto the receipt. I wish they had that feature where you can see your whole order on a video board at the drive through. The food was par. Nice staff. No indoor dining.
You never judge a book by its cover (side show in the parking lot) Its obvious this is only a cover up for whats really going on in that mf because it aint preparing, cooking and serving food/KFC!! iont know what they handed Me out that side window they callin a drive thru window but it ain't food/KFC My one star is for the coleslaw tho:)
I ordered a 10 pc feast and after coming home I checked and saw that they didn't gave me coke ??
Where do I start! So unprofessional. When taking my order the background noise was unreal. So loud, sounded like a party was going on. Then I was told to pull around to wait for my order. 10 minutes later, still 7 more minutes. I wanted my money returned, so I had to go through the drive through again for that. Then heard an employee say, has anyone started the wings yet? REALLY! This location is a cluster mess. Do NOT go there, so dissatisfied.
Assistant manager Joel is very disrespectful, waited 40 mins for a 12 piece wing that was never dropped by the kitchen staff
This is the worst KFC I have every been to. Every other time I visit this location my order is always a mess, No ice in my drink or it’s flat. Chicken over cooked and fries are old. The worst part of all is the staff, they are all young and have little to no manners. They treat the parking lot like a car show with their personal cars backed in parked near the entrance of the building . They have zero regards for customers, They smoke cigarettes and leave trash everywhere in the front of the store . This location needs an absolute overhaul of the manager and staff ,This has gone on for years . I will be taking my business to Taco Bell and Wendy’s across the street.

There is another KFC down Elk Grove Blvd with better employees and better quality food.

I am very disappointed in this KFC. I ordered a chicken tenders meal with cole slaw instead of fries. The chicken was very dry and I got fries that were cold. I didn’t get any dipping sauce so the chicken was almost impossible to eat.
