Of the Jim boys around, this one is probably one of the worse ones. The food doesn’t taste that good (more taste from Taco Bell) and they alway have attitude when you ask for anything.
Food still good. We love their Rice and Beans so we order extra serving to eat later to make a rice and bean burrito. YumHowever, the last time we were there from drive-thru, they rang up 6 orders of the rice and beans instead of just getting 1 order. Ha ha ha...LOL, we got home wondered why the bill was HIGH. So we just Froze the extra and just laughed it off.
Get their tahoe burritto w/ carnitas but make sure to make it wet! Also ground beef tacos are pretty good but the chicken tacos just seem like the quality isnt that great.. i literally eat here at least once or twice a week cuz its so close to my job
Jimboy's Tacos are the best in the fast food business. Their distinct seasoned meat stuffed into their parmesan rolled tortillas give their tacos a unique flavor that can't be beat. Their menu features combo plates with your choice of entree along with salad, beans & chips. Every item is as good as the first.Jimboy's serves authentic Mexican cuisine you'd expect in a fine Mexican restaurant, but serves it up fast through their drive-up. It is worth the price when you want an extra-special meal, fast.
We had poor slow service. The hostess at the front was awesome, but clearly overwhelmed and treated bad by management, when it was not her fault there was no silverware and the cooks were slow, since there were only two new hires cooking
Like the tacos better when they had shredded beef. The lack of tomatoes on tacos made them one note..salty
Tacos where good, I've been to this location many times and always great, this time just good.
SHADY.The food here is absolutely fine, my 1 star rating has to do with their practice of electively charging customers for 'not using Cash as payment'. This is America where most everything we do is electronically, and where in recent time we've been told to 'Please use exact change OR USE A CARD' because there was a Cash/Coin shortage! They tell you one $ total at the speaker in the drive-thru, and then quietly charge you a different amount at the window.Ridiculous.(I was quoted $10.02, charged $10.42 "for not using cash" What The Frenchtoast.)
I mean, you cant beat a Jimboys taco. Drove here all the way from Lodi.
Mom wanted Taco Bell. No ma'am. We had Jimboys. She loved them ?
