Always come to get the “ Orange dream machine” but substitute the orange for pineapple , according to my son is soo delicious.

Does Jamba juice is such an embarrassment.Employees can lie to you straight to your face that the orange juice machine is not working while you can see the oranges that were left over and then I asked for carrot juice and then they say they run out of carrot.This is fourth time I have been there and all the time they said that they don't have carrots or their orange machine is not working management need to take action.
Friendly and efficient staff. Nice patio outside to enjoy your smoothie. Parking lot has plenty of shade.
Slow service, only had two drinks with one person in front of me. My beverage did not taste the way it is supposed to, I always order the same one.
Wife and I went over to get some drinks.Ordered two dream machine and a pretzel.Got the pretzel and they only made one drink.I guess they don't understand plain English at this location. Won't be going there again.
So very disappointed in the Jamba in the Raley Center. I spent almost $40, and they forget one of the smoothies. I call. They say they are going to make it right. My husband goes all the way back in this heatwave, and gets major attitude. The 1st 2 staff say they don't know what he is talking about, and walk away. Yep, just walk away. He finally gets the smoothie, but is treated like HE did something wrong. Horrible customer service. Sucks because I really liked going there.

I requested a sour gummy, but it wasn't sour at all. I had to tell them to add whatever they use to make it sour. I think he just forgot to add it the first time. Also, they seem to not want to fill drinks anywhere near the top so you have to remind them. If I order and pay for a large, don't fill it with the amount of a medium.
