Stopped by on my way to Davis , 05/19/2022 at around 4:00pm the cashier dropped my card. He told me my card was taken by wind and it was under my car. I had to get out of my car in the driveway and bend under my car to fetch for it. . The audacity this young man had. Management please review your cameras ? this is the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
Incredibly misleading about its dining room times. I was walking by at 11 AM to go grab some food to go and went to walk inside only to find it locked and a random employee just sitting nearby laughing at me just because I thought it was open. Apparently because of an employee shortage in the morning they have random closes and only allow for drive thru which you'll never know when the dining room is or isn't open. Do not go if you don't have a car
I frequent this place but yesterday morning 05-10-22 for breakfast I was not happy with the service at the drive thru. The cashier was not pleasant and not paying attention that he dropped my card and I had to get out of the car to pick it up and I just got out of PT for my back injury. He seemed rushed but actually there s only 4 cars. He apologized though but I was upset with my back pain. Oh well.
Good Jack n box... expect 15-20 mins in the drive thru... this place has been slow for years.Updated 3/31/2022‐ still extremely slow... dining room only open when they feel like it... order only correct half the time and then you have to wait in the 9 car line to get it corrected.
Had an employee walk out to my car wanting to fight since they don't like to answer there phones I'm calling corporate to hand this issues
If you ask a customer if they would like any sauce and the customer says yes shouldn't it be in the bag? I guess customer's need to do a better job of checking their order before they leave.
Thank you Leo for helping us out tonight, I thought I had enough money and turned out I didn't and I asked to cancel one of the meals and he said I got it covered! That was awesome and thank you for the food it was yummy ??
This place here has the slowest drive thru whenever I go it's the same problem it's sad that they don't want to improve and it's not the employees fault that they lack staff at night the management should do something about it feel bad for the night employees ?
Not gonna lie, this is the best jack in the box ive been too in years. I give it 1 star because very rarely sometimes someone will ask you 'can you move your car to the front?' So they dont look as slow. But you can just say no or ignore them. Other than that it takes about 5 minutes tops, 8 on slow days. If its your last resort & you're hungry its worth a shot
This specific Jack-in-the-Box location has the most friendly employees. Service is always great. Good good.
